I have NEVER had a bad drink from here. The vanilla sweet cream cold foam is always consistent. I could go to a Starbucks nearer to me but I will always choose this one. Every barista puts their BLOOD SWEAT AND TEARS into these drinks.

I love this location. Accessible to mall goers. The place is cozy and new items on the menu. The classic ones are my all-time favorite. I was looking for the java chip frappe though. I didn't see it during my visit. I'm looking forward for my next visit. Invite your friends for a cup of coffee or cold beverage because this place can accomodate groups of people. Way to go, Starbucks! Definitely going to come back for more!

Always a huge lineup over here, but the staff manage to serve quickly. I always try the seasonal drinks on the menu or the Frappuccino, I love the taste of it. Kudos you guys

this was my second or third time ordering at sbux and for myself for the first time. i was very nervous because i did not understand what sizes there are and what drink my friend would order for me. the barista at the register, rija was so sweet, she explained all the sizes, and made a recipe for me after i described what flavours i like. she was super sweet and nice and i really wish the manager was around at the time for me to tell them that their baristas are simply the best at customer service. i could not get the name for the barista who made my drink but he was also equally sweet and polite. rija remembered my name when i came back later that day as well and gave me more suggestions that i am now excited to try as i no longer feel nervous to go into a sbux with the little knowledge i have.the sbux bcc team are the sweetest baristas ❤️ god bless them all.

This place has the most rudest employees! Never going there again.. they wanted me to pay twice for my drink and they didn’t even have the decency to check my app where it shows your history of your purchase ( which I later found out through a friend who use to work for Starbucks ) I mean is it not their job to check ?? I still walked out of there without my drink and never got my refund or my drink cause they denied Me saying I paid cash and there was no way to track my purchase. BUT I USED THE APP FOR POINTS !!!

Unfortunately I am never a fan of Starbucks. I have been to 4 locations so far. 3 out of 4 has been a not so great experience. Either my drink is not warm enough or there's too much milk in coffee. I even get ignored at one location.

Although the service can take longer during busy hours the baristas are always nice here and welcoming. Today I ordered a peach green tea and Carly, I believe his name was, gave great costumer service and definitely deserves a raise

customer service was amazing!It seemed that it was probably a shift lead that was working sunday afternoon around 5pm, she was on the bar, and i explained another located gave me the wrong drink twice and right away she offered to correct the situation. Even though they were extremely busy she made the correct drink in a timely matter-thank you =)
