I'd been looking for a new NB property for the better part of the year with other realtors throughout the province, but within 24 hours of contacting ReMax/Hartford, an offer I placed on a terrific rural property was accepted. Shelley was the real estate agent who represented me, and she was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the buying process. My husband and I purchased a home on Riverside Lane in 2015 which is a mini home park owned by Brian Hayden. When we purchased the home we were made aware that the property is zoned to potentially house condos and that we may be given notice to move our mini home in the event that Brian Hayden decided to develop the land which we were okay with. Fast forward to 2021, we list our home after calling Brian and receiving the go ahead that he was okay with us selling and that he would sign another lease agreement with our homes new owner. We sold our home quickly and one day prior to the conditions being met we were presented with a letter stating that the new owners must move the home within 30 days of purchasing. Obviously the deal fell through. We re-listed the home with the condition of “to be moved” and sold it once again but at a much lower price. Essentially losing close to $15,000. Approximately 5 months later another home was listed for sale on Riverside Lane under Brian’s son Greg Hayden. Again, the house was listed “To be moved” but much to our surprise the purchaser of that home was NOT made to move the home and does not have too. We were hopeful that perhaps they were given a grace period because it is close to winter but we have heard from a source that is known to the new owners that they are not required to have the home moved. When we spoke to Brian he had informed us that he had consulted with the rentalsmen board and was advised that he should no longer 6 month lease agreements. (But signed a new lease with someone else in less than 6 months) Unfortunately, we were completely lied too. I’m happy that the new owners of our home are no longer under the thumb of these untrustworthy people. We were saddened by the fact that although we were excellent tenants- even going as far as choosing a different pet because Brian did not approve of the first breed of dog we initially wanted- none of that mattered when it came down to asking approval to sell our home.

Dont not waste your time or money, this is an extremely dishonest business. Gregg hayden is not trust worthy whatsoever. All gregg cares about is his own profit. BEWARE!!
