Went to this place after I received a quote from Dodge about the noise on my truck.Dodge said that it’s gonna cost me $488 to fix the exhaust (on a 2017 ram 1500)Claudio had a look under the truck & showed me that the welded clamp broke & caused a leak. 10 minutes later he gave my keys & said the truck was fixed. I asked him what do you mean?Apparently he just welded the clamp back on & no more noise. I asked him how much & he said don’t worry I’ll catch you next time.Wow! I had no idea that honest mechanics existed-I’ll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else.This place deserves 10 stars.

Very good experience overall - clean shop and inviting place. I took vehicle in to get a second opinion and came out much cheaper and informed that not as much needed to get done as I was lead to believe elsewhere. In conclusion - fair pricing and most importantly a honest mechanic who is not just looking out for himself.

Drove multiple days out of town into Burnaby, ended up here in need of coolant and a check up since my vehicle was idling with high rpms .Owner and his team were super helpful. Came to my aid without any cost and went the furthest mile to give outstanding customer service, altruistic and generous since they didn’t charge me for a last minute check up on my vehicle and gave me a free top up of coolant. Also eased my mind with finding out the car just needed a minor clean up with its carburetor.And their prices are very reasonable. 5/5 would recommend these guys. And I know who I’ll come to if I have future problems with my vehicles. THANK YOU VILLA AUTOMOTIVE !

BEWARE OF GOING HERE !! I went in with car issues and got my car back being charged about $500 more than I was told it was going to cost besucar they suddenly found “ other “ issues they fixed along the way without me approving it. And then when I drove out my car made a rumbling sound that it had never made before … when I called the shop to ask what happened they said it was nothing they did .. and now having it looked at by another mechanic I come to find out that it’s the lose engine mount ??? Def something the shop did since they worked on it .. I asked to be given a detailed invoice of all the work they had done that I paid $2000 for and have never gotten it yet .. I don’t like DISHONESTY .. it’s a bad look .. won’t go to them ever again ..
