Phone is busy 24-7 I cant ever get through when u do it takes about 30 mins before they answer the phone. Takes hours for prescriptions to get ready. Also funny how the good reviews are all ppl that work for the store. Shopper is a good store just not this one. They comments from upper management say it will be fixed but they don't care about the costumer just your money so sick of this store I'm moving on. What a joke. I called asking for a fax to be sent to my doctors they said they did and my doctors office said they never sent a fax. Called back and they just say sorry for the inconveniences must have been a mistake. Happened a few times now in a year vary incompatint staff. And that only goes for the pharmacy......!! My gold fish could do a better job then this staff team and there about 5 or more behind the desk at all times...? So sad

Sorry to say, although the staff in the general store and the post office are very kind, I would absolutely not recommend their pharmacy.Besides incredibly slow service, after trying to call the store over a period of 4 days and it was always Off the Hook, causing me to run late with my medication.. the pharmacist said their lines have just been very busy. They can't be that busy when their phone can't accept incoming calls. I tried to call head office to ask why a huge company has their phone off for 4 days.. and I couldn't get through to them either. I finally switched to Zehrs pharmacy, where I hear great reviews. My review is of the same opinion of everyone in my household, who have all switched. More specific to the pharmacy, I've also had calls from them trying to sort out major prescription confusion that should have been very simple. Scary.

My mom was refused to get the flu vaccine because she is a visitor" and don't have a health card

Constant issues with this pharmacy. Scripts not ready when promised, waiting on hold for more than 10 mins is common, large lines for pickups and consults ALWAYS. Always understaffed no one seems to care. Going elsewhere, informed staff and was informed it wasn't their fault. No longer worth the aggravation. Six family members are changing to another pharmacy. Would give zero if permitted.

I went in there for some tech accessories I needed. Asked the girl for what I needed. She picked them out. They weren’t cheap. Almost $60 a usb thing and a charger wire.Both things were wrong and did not fit but I’m told store policy is that is the box is open you can’t return it. Even though I was in about 10 minutes before!Plus! Some unidentified woman came to the cash and started rudely scolding me for raising my voice! ( of course my voice was slightly raised.I was being talked to like she was my teacher or mother! Horrible experience. Never going back there. Had to eat $60 because girl gave me wrong thing

Some of the store staff are nice and helpful, but pharmacy is always busy and not properly assisting their customers. Waiting time for your medication order used to be max 45 mins when I started going there a few years ago but now minimum 3+ hours and when you are back the order is not yet ready for pickup. Sometimes same applies to the post office, nice people but long waiting time, they need more people but apparently the satisfaction of the customers is not their management team’s concern.

I have had problems with the pharmacy for a while. My family doctor does not accept faxes and requests that his office should be notified by phone to request medications for his patients.For the past 3 years I have had to constantly remind the staff in the pharmacy section that unless they call my doctor, they will not receive confirmation.the last few days I have been having problems getting my usual medication, a fax was sent to my doctor. I visited the pharmacy on Tuesday and again explained the issue. I was assured that a phone call will be made to my physician today and that I should call on Wednesday morning to find out when my medications would be ready for pick up. I spoke with a pharmacy personnel who informed me that my medication would be ready for pick up after 3:00 pm. I went to the pharmacy at 3:45 pm.I was told that my medication was not ready and I should come back after 5:30 pm.I understand being busy and having to deal with many customers. As a doctor for over 30 years, I am aware of stressful and difficult work environment. My complaint, however, is about the rude and dismissive way I was treated.In the past some very pleasant and helpful people have worked at this pharmacy. Really good selection here. They have Artdeco make up! Lots of choices. The staff are alright. However, the pharmacy is hot and cold, depends on who you get.

Used the pharmacy for the last time they texted me multiple times that my prescription was ready and when I went into get it they told me they lost it. This isnt the first issue like this either and have had issues filling both my prescriptions at the same time or giving me the wrong prescription I would recommend not using them

Regular Shoppers Drug Mart, well staffed and knowledgeable Cosmetics and Pharmacy departments. Ok selection of snacks, drinks and day to day items. Usually my go to spot for Birthday Cards and Gift Cards. The bathroom needs a serious overhaul especially since both staff and customers use it.
