We had our stairs carpeted. After going through hundreds of samples, we could not find the type of carpet and colour we wanted, so the sales staff went on line and searched for us. They found the perfect carpet. After the carpet arrived, the installation was very professionally completed. It looks great. Very pleased, and the price was reasonable.

Recently left a 5 star review 3 months ago, but changed to 1 star. I got my floor boards spring/summer 2022. The sales associate was very friendly and I enjoyed his service. He provided a better price than the competitors in town.While waiting for my floor boards to arrive I did notice the sales associate I dealt with was off when I phoned in for updates/exchanges on random weekdays. Recently learned via friends that the sales associate was taking time off to take care of his sick wife. Apparently the fellow was fired for wanting to go on Caregiver EI. Sounds like this company skirted employment laws. Even I know family always comes first before your career. Shame on this company.

Well I guess the new owners don't want repeat business. First they ordered us the wrong tiles and we had to wait almost a month to get them. We used them anyways but had 2 full boxes left over and they would not take them back or let us exchange them for other tile. So we will not be doing business with them again.

Had a quick response to a request for an estimate for large area in our home; also had great help with tile selection from Zac and his staff both for floor and later for backsplash! Tile delivery was delayed due to supply chain issues but once it was in the store the process began immediately. Both Riley and Claudio worked like true professionals during the entire demolition and installation! Any concerns were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction! Original estimate was the final price! Would highly recommend this company for any flooring and/or home tiling needs!
