I found the service to be poor when it comes to being civil and showing just a few manners, the prices charged are extreme, before you buy here shop around, I found much better prices elsewhere.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, good stock of parts and new equipment, *fast* repair service. Dropped off my MS291 at 8:30am for repairs - they called me at 12:30 the same day to say it's fixed and covered by the warranty. I'm very pleased.

Absolutely ridiculous that you can't even call and speak to someone in service or parts. Just get a voicemail saying what they won't do. Guess they don't want my business.

Love this place, bought our chainsaw from here, they are knowledgeable and willing to help. Took the time to show us how to use it, and how to perform maintenance on it.Today we had a little mishap with our snowblower. I called told them it would need to be picked up,they said no problem then asked what the issue was. After I told them the pull cord had snapped they told me how I could take the part off and bring it in saving us 100 +tx in transportation. I got there with the part they fixed it right there in front of me. Great service. Thank you

The service is absolutely terrible. I have given this local business many opportunities thinking staff could be just having a bad day. I've used their repair service mostly but I recently purchased a new Stihl chainsaw and accessories and I was balled out" by the salesperson? I just don't get it. The last straw came when I arrived to pick up my lawn tractor and it was siting in the lot with a flat. I knew it had a slow leek but forgot to mention it. You would think they would a) give me a call and ask if I wanted to have it taken care of b) just fix it and make more money or c) try putting some air in it so it wouldn't be sitting on its rim

Bought my mower and blower and pressure washer here. Great and knowledgeable staff. I came in about 10 minutes before close and they didn't try to rush me through my purchase. They, very happily, stayed open the extra 20 minutes and helped me load up my suv. This is my go to store and they seem to only carry higher quality tool brands.

I cannot say enough about their service - I have taken a few of our small engine repairs to them over the past year or two. They are fair, as fast as the parts will allow, great counter service, and get in touch with me when the repair is done! Thank you!

Excellent counter service. I needed a replacement starter cord for my Toro snowblower and I brought the housing with me to make sure I got the right one. The very helpful service rep measured and installed it and charged for the material only. The reason you buy from a bricks and mortar business is that when you need some advice or service, it's right there.

Arrived at the parts counter to get parts for my snow blower. Employee told me to wait for the sales guy because he was too busy making service calls to help me. Sales guy busy trying to finance something for a different customer. Waited for 15 minutes. Ignored by 2 additional employees. Finally left without speaking to anyone else. Back to Amazon it is.
