Poulet Rouge Rideau Centre
The first time I ate here I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the food. Really tasty with fresh ingredients. A “rouge bowl” with spicy mayo and tzatziki is a winner here.

This place is pretty decent. I’ve been eating here a few times during my lunch break. I like the variety of toppings they can add. Chicken has lots of flavour, I just wished they gave 4 pieces as a default instead of 3. Stars were deducted based on value for what you get.

Honestly don't know what more this could do better tbh. Food tastes really good. We both got the couscous instead of rice. Good amount of meat and toppings and everything comes down to $15.47 . The staff at the restaurant is also nice and generous. Definitely one of my favourites. Would have been amazing it it was a dollar or two cheaper but not bad.

This location is in the food court. No compromise on portion size and flavor. Absolute must try. The chicken was tender and bursting with flavors and protein packed.Very filling. If you are not a big eater, it is totally sharable, or there is always the mini bowl option. Price is great for the freshness and value.

Didn't have the energy to go to a restaurant - but needed something with a vegetable in it. Excellent food, good prices and extremely tasty. Had the rouge bowl, half quinoa, half rice, with six toppings (various vegetables and cheese etc available), with avocado and chicken. It was a full dinner portion and I couldn't have been happier.

What a good experience we had. First the food was fresh. I love the idea of ha ing a choice for dressing, options for items in your salad or quinoa bowl and of course flavor for the chicken. I was so excited I forgot I can only add 6 items, but the guy gave me an extra for free. The chicken was very tender and flavorful. It was fun watching the cook grill the chicken and checking it was cooked well. A cheap & healthy option for someone on the go.

This is the only good restaurant in Ottawa. Friendly ppl working at the counters. Great food. Proper portions. Nothing missing from the order (very surprising as there’s always something missing in other restaurants ). Very satisfied, will come again.
