Hero Certified Burgers
Tasted better than most burgers I've tried so far. Did not like the poutine though. Quantity was good. Staff was super friendly. Giving it a 3 star ratings as there was too much smoke in the restaurant. Apparently their vent was not functioning properly.

hero when first came out used to be the best ..now they arejt.Burgers r dried..ambience and as atmosphere is like someone just sided..very gloomy and sad

Hero Certified Burgers
Food was amazing! We ordered the plant based veal sandwich, chicken-less tenders, fries & onion rings. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. We are happy to see so many vegan items on the menu, even the dairy free cheese was so good on the sandwich. The place is definitely well kept, we were very satisfied and can’t wait to go back!

Fast service and the staff very attentive and friendly. My order was served quickly and the taste was good. It is located in a commercial area so you have plenty of parking spaces. Although I did not dine in, the tables were clean.

Food was good. Service could have been better. The menu screen was broken, so didn't know there were more options to choose from (they only had a little paper flyer with limited menu options). Food wasn't also prepared in the same order it was ordered.

Burger was ok. I'm guessing lean beef leading to unpleasant texture, but everything was fresh. Staff was friendly and food was served quickly.

This is by far the stingiest location I've ever been to. Not only that but customer service here is ricidulous. There's usually a very long wait to cook the food so I decided to call in my order so I don't have to wait there. Lady picked up the phone and put me on hold 3 separate occasions because she needed to tend to people in front of her. Probably a good 5 minutes before my order was completely taken down. Went to pick up the food and asked for extra ketchup because I use alot of ketchup and only noticed one pack in the bag. Said she cannot hand out another one because it's standard to only give one with each order of fries. Asked for ketchup and mustard on the burger and got two droplets. The saddest looking burger I've ever had.

Food was decent for a fast food burger joint. The place was not busy so service was quick and efficient. It’s great that you can create your own burger with your own choice of toppings.

I’d give this place a negative 5 stars if I could.Got a grilled chicken burger with extra lettuces and sweet potato fries. Fries were soggy, cold and wasn’t even filled to the top. The chicken burger tasted like chemicals and had barely any lettuce….I went back to get another burger and cashier/cooker instantly starting arguing with me and said she wouldn’t give me a refund. She didn’t want to make me a new burger nor would give me a refund. After 20 mins of back and fourth she called her ‘aunty’ and I was given my refund.
