The hotel smelled really bad.We where getting our stuff ready from the car, to check in, my boyfriend went ahead and asked to use the washroom in the main lobby. The lady at the desk refused him even though he said we where about to check in. She then eyed my boyfriend up and down well we checked in.There was hair in the tub and finger nail clippings on the carpet. Gross! We would highly recommend people not stay here!

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly, check in and out went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a nice assortment of breakfast items, as soon as the staff noticed things needed to be refilled it was looked after. I will be back!

The hotel is older for sure, but the staff are amazing. I was there for a week with a sick parent in hospital. Shiraz, was amazing!!! May be the kindest person I have ever met. I was always late getting back to hotel, he always made sure I ate, if I needed anything, always knew me by name & Asked about how my parent was doing. He is a wonderful man. 5 stars for Shiraz!!!!

This is a warning to everybody. If you decide to call an agent and reserve a place. Make sure it is what you want because if you cancel it...There is a cancel fee. This is the first time I've talked to an agent and I will never do that again. The first guy I talked to told me things I wanted to hear and when I checked my e-mail, I realized it's not what he said. So I wanted to be cancelled. Everyone, especially to those who are new to talking to an agent(DON'T GET TRICKED). I've never felt helpless in my life. I work really hard and all they did was just talk to me

The hotel itself was mediocre at best.A spider started crawling up my arm while i was in bed, and the front desk receptionist just said “unfortunately we can’t do anything about spiders, you know you have 2 million spiders in your own house?”The breakfast to me was not great and the hotel is located right next to a railway that you hear pretty often.

I booked for 1 night, stayed 3 and have booked a night on my return trip.No, it’s not the flashiest place, but the staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is close to the airport, a local shopping mall and a car hire. Great restaurant The Cattle Barron less than five minutes walk. Oh, and the beds are clean and comfortable

I had a wonderful experience at Super 8 Hotel, thanks to the kind and respectful front desk assistant, Preeti. She eagerly helped me with all my requests and made sure I felt valued as a guest. Preeti's professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. I highly recommend her for excellent customer service. Thank you, Preeti, for making my stay memorable!

The price for an airport hotel is very decent considering the location & room equipment. The room was very hot - without AC you’d wake up sweating. The biggest surprise came when I wanted to open the fridge - the fridge almost fell on me! The breakfast selection was nice - you could choose from eggs and toasts to yoghurts and cereals. Plates and bowls were disposable though - I’d suggest switching to normals, it’s not very ecological.

My experience at this hotel isn't to good. First off the staff isn't polite to there customers. The staff doesn't know how to clean the room everything was right full of dust. They said they got shuttle services but they don't have it all the time it cuts off at 1130 am. It cost you 32 dollars to get to the airport then. I think it is a buddybuddy system going on here. Someone is making money out of this somehow
