Unbelievably disappointing. The customer service is incredibly terrible. Save the time and energy and go with a reputable company that represents GOOD companies. NOT a sales team that will sell you whatever they can and not have the audacity to deal with you when you have major issues with the company they set you up with. If I could rate this -2 Stars, I would.

We returned to Mondo Payments after six months with another service provider who had promised us better rates. When we decided to switch back to Mondo Pyments I contacted Michael Nemeroff and was signed up the same day. Mondo's Payment rates will allow us to realise significant yearly savings. The service Michael and his staff have provided us over the past two years has made our experience with them very satisfying.

Not sure how long since we switched to Mondo, but I remember the initial transition was smooth and flawless, we have had no issues for years until recently. I made a simply email request to support, explained the situation and the next day a new terminal was delivered.......problem solved. Thank you Mondo!

Thank you to Ian for helping me with the costs associated with switching to Mondo and to Jeremy B for getting me set up in the first place. The savings recouped from switching and the prompt friendly customer service have made you a pleasure to work with. As well, our new debit machine is much more user friendly and we haven't had to call for support on it yet after 3 months of use.

I had a bit of issues at the beginning after my account manager left but then Raed took over.......Wow, things got moving soo well and I was taken care of like never before. Great follow up, great service and such nice people to deal with. I very highly recommend Mondo and especially Raed and his team.

Great Service! Both Michael and Ian were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I had to get my payment service setup fast. Most payments providers told me it would take 7-10 business days. Michael and Ian were able to get me up and running within a few days!
