I have been to this place twice since it's close to where I live and it seemed like the staff at this location didn't know how to smile and treat customers right. I heard horror stories about the US MVD office staffs but this being a private business, one would hope the staff would treat you better only for you to feel disappointed.And to the person who writes reply to reviews, try not to add what services a customer sought at your business publicly hoping you can humiliate him. It goes to show you provide bad customer service.

Had the good fortune of passing my road test here recently. It was not my first attempt, and on the previous attempt was given clear and concise feedback from the examiner which helped me going forward, and will remember for the future. All of the staff at the service centre are always very patient and professional and work hard to reduce wait times when they are at their busiest. Would recommend this facility to anyone in the area.

I just passed my road test with Victoria as my examiner and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and professionalism. From the moment I arrived at Capilano Registry, Victoria made me feel at ease and confident about the test. During the test, Victoria was very clear in her instructions and also very patient and understanding, which made the experience much less stressful. She took the time to explain things clearly. Her feedback was constructive and helped me to improve my driving skills. I highly recommend Victoria. She is professional, knowledgeable, and patient.

Did a road test with Ricky and failed me multiple times, asked me to turn right away in a left turn about 500m away without further notice and at the end of the rest he said that it was an dangerous turn. Second I was failed because I was going 25 in a school zone which the maximum speed is 30 reasoning was car behind will honk at you because you’re slow.

Took a road test here awhile back. Even before we got moving in the car the individual failed me.One thing I hate is places just taking your money because they can. Failing the test means you have to retake and lose your money you spent the first time taking your test, it's called a scam.One thing I will say that I have been driving for over 30 years with no speeding tickets or accidents.So you be the judge.My advice go to a different registries 51 ave 75st was awesome.

Took my road that with Doug!! Thank you for your patience during the test and knowledge after my motorcycle road test. I will managed to sneak through by the skin of my teeth first attempt and will definitely be taking what Doug passed on to be safe on the road.

I had my road test with examiner Fika on june 19 2023. she was a wonderful and very respectful woman and very nice professional. I passed my test easily at the beginning I was so nervous but he helped me to gain my confident. I highly recommend this registry all staff are also so nice from the beginning when i take my class 7 test.for sure i highly recommed you to all my friends.thank you.
