The only thing you can count on is this place will reliably provide poor service. We bought a used airstream and was assured that they will thoroughly check the trailer before we pick it up. Before our first trip, we decided to sanitize the fresh water tank only to discover it was so full of algae that all the lines were clogged. 12 L of Bleach later still did not make a difference. Heating system did not work properly. The second time we picked up our airstream, all our water lines were frozen because Can Am did not winterize it even though they charged us for it. They keep forgetting to order the replacement light in the handle. It took a year and a half and numerous reminders before we got it fixed. The last time we went to pick it up, we found our oven sitting on the floor after they took it out to fix the igniters. And of course, after we started our trip, we found one of them is still not working. While we were on the road, someone flagged us down to say that something is flapping under the trailer. We discovered that when they fixed our floor, they cut a big hole under the rv and covered it up with a piece of metal by screwing it in place. The screws have been slowly coming out. Send a message to Andy the owner who said he would look into it and will get back to us. That was a week ago and still waiting. And they won the rv dealer of the year!?!

Went here today to get our trailer and truck properly hitched up after purchasing at another dealer last year. What a difference leaving Ca-Am!! I finally, after a year, felt confident towing my trailer. Everything was correctly set up and dialed in for my unique truck and trailer combination. Thank you Ca-A. I'm now extra excited and looking forward to a great camping season this summer knowing I'll be towing safely.

I purchased a 2019 surveyor used, and it was missing the Table. The lady I purchased it from was told when she bought the trailer new, that some one had taken the table for another trailer and assured her they would get her one! That never happened!! I called before purchasing and was told someone would call me back! That never Happened!!! I bought the trailer and called again And some one said they would call me back!! That never Happened!! I called again this spring2023 and was told they could get me a table but I had to pay for it!! I told them that this was very bad business but i needed the table, and would be giving them a review on how things had happened! $655.00 later I have my Table and will certainly never deal here again. I would like to mention, that the parts person who looked after me at the end was excellent! It is to bad she works for a company that just doesn't care!!!

Bought my Airstream Bambi here. The team at Can-Am is friendly professional and extremely helpful. The whole purchasing process took over a year amidst covid but I’m glad there was no issue at all. They helped me set up the tow on my Tesla model x and made my first towing trip super easy. :)

Went to look at an Alto travel trailer, which is custom made and sold in Canada. Our sales representative was doing an RV show that day, but she arranged for someone else to show us the trailer and answer our questions. We spent over 3 hours going over everything. Neither of them were high-pressure sales people and made sure that we had all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. We really liked what we saw and had a great overall experience so much so that we ordered one. Can-Am RV Centre also sells other brands as well as trailer parts and camping products.

Purchased a 2023 Vintage Cruiser 23RS. Identified 9 issues in our first camping trip. If buying from them, I recommend that when you pick the product up, that you have them demonstrate that key items work, including the water pump, water heater, furnace, air conditioner. Look for leaks in the water system. Don't trust that a new product actually is in working condition. Due to their service backlogs, do this testing well in advance of any camping plans.

We bought our GD Imagine XLS trailer from them in 2020. The pricing was competitive, and the salesman was nice, not pushy at all. The after sales service though has been top notch since. They are a bit expensive, but I’ve nothing but praise at the quality, and they do their work relatively promptly. They even accommodated our personal needs to have our trailer quickly on my recent visit there. And when I did receive my trailer (on time!) we noticed right away they were pretty thorough with the work they did…. We really appreciate not having to worry about poor craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

I just purchase my first trailer from Can-Am RV in January 2023 and what a great experience! Both John and Steve in sales were amazing to work with and helped with the purchase from start to finish. Would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a RV or trailer to check them out!

My wife and I purchased a vista cruiser 19rbs. The salesman Ariwan was fantastic. Ben who did our Orientation Was awesome. The owner Andy Was 1 Of the nicest men I have ever met. The hitchwork was phenomenal. However 3 days later we noticed water dripping in through the air conditioner after a rain. I called the service department and the lady( I don't want to say her name) sent someone down the next day to pick up my trailer And said she would call me to let me know what is going on. Three different times she said she would call and never did. We have no idea when our trailer will be fixed! Or what is even wrong with it? I realize it is a busy time of year but a phone call to let us know would be appreciated. Everything About the experience was wonderful except for dealing with this lady in service.
