He went above and beyond what we expected with his extensive knowledge, willingness to help and above all his cheerful demeanor. The relief and comfort i felt was very unexpected given the circumstances. Got my recent car from here and I highly recommend. Their prices were the best in the whole of BC, cars were clean and sound. Terrence who was the sales person that attended to me is out of this world, really great guy who was really helpful. Solomon, the finance guy was also awesome. Great team you guys got there. I dropped off my car for a recall in April for 2 weeks and Jason Tong was amazing! He kept me up to date with the progress and explained everything that was done very throughly. He addressed any other concerns I had as well. I was given a courtesy vehicle for 2 weeks which was really helpful! I’ve always had a good experience whenever I bring my car in for service. The service reception staff are always really polite as well.

I was referred to Paul Hui by my good friend. I definitely received 5 star service. He took his time to show me all the features of the car and never pressured me to buy anything. He was so thorough and attentive. I received a very good deal on my brand new glc 300. It’s a very smooth and easy drive. I used to drive bmws but now I have switched over to Mercedes because of Paul. Look for Paul when you hit up Mercedes boundary. You won’t regret it!
