Amberwood recently replaced our front doors and they did a fantastic job! Rick was very helpful as we decided on the design and what would look right on our house. Install went smoothly, on time and everything went exactly as scheduled. Here is a before and after picture...what a difference.

I contacted Amberwood Doors on line two days ago from our winter away in Mexico enquiring about replacing our builder grade front door in Strathroy with something a lot more stylish and up to date. Within an hour I received a message from Ken Chang asking how he could help. From then on it has been both a pleasure and a breeze working with him although I challenged him at every turn with my deliberations and questions. Over the course of the two days I’ve been working with him, he’s been very patient with me, responds very quickly and intelligently to my detailed queries and is very knowledgeable about the products and services his company has to offer. He is quick to offer his frank and informed decision whenever I’ve asked him for it, yet is respectful of mine. He is enthusiastic, friendly, affable and has a great sense of humour which I have enjoyed throughout. In a word, my encounter with Ken has been a highly successful one although somewhat out of the ordinaryas my experiences with salespeople of late has rarely risen to this level of excellence. If I were asked to rate his performance on a scale of 1-5, I would give him a 6 or happily beyond. Anyone contacting Amberwood, in my opinion, would be very fortunate to have Ken Chang respond. BEST PART OF OUR RENO!Rick who sold us the door was great to work with. Patient, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY at all, great communication with calls and emails. Rick took a lot of time to educate us on the door system and how it differs from others.The wonderful lady in scheduling was great to work with as our install date moved around (our doing due to reno timelines/delays). Polite, patient, professional!The install team was phenomenal! Took their time, clean, precise, super polite, did a great job in every detail. These guys were great!EVERYONE was polite and professional.Everyone compliments the door! It feels and looks solid! We are repeat customers in New Jersey. Found Amberwood online while searching for a suitable door design. Great experience working with Kevin. We were able to secure a custom high quality door within 5 - 6 weeks. Delivery was straightforward and Keith gladly assisted with the off-load. We used our own contractor for the install. Pricing (hardware included) is competitive with custom doors produced by major US manufacturers, while the end-product is superior in every way.We like the new side door so much that we subsequently ordered a new front door unit. Amberwood accommodated our desire for a dutch-style door and a painted custom sidelight with partially obscure glass.Everyone (including contractor) has commented very favorably about the look and quality of the doors. Our carpenter commented that they are the nicest doors he has ever installed. We highly recommend Amberwood.

Building a new house during the pandemic is certainly not easy; but one of the easiest transactions we made for the build of our house was that of our front doors. Everyone values different things in the home, for us it was the front doors. We were set on having them in wood and did our research extensively. Being from Ottawa, we had to look outside of the city to find a quality product. From the moment we spoke with Rick at Amberwood Doors, we knew we were in good hands. No nonsense, no pushy sales pitch, very helpful and knowledgeable. Clearly a hard-working person, keeping both the interests of the client at the forefront, while maintaining the integrity of the business. He has been available to answer any question we had along the way - designing the door, ordering it, arranging delivery and installation, and even following-up after installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Our front doors were delivered a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't be more happy.
