Excellent customer service. I’ve never had an issue with this business. The staff is always nice, and accommodating. They are very thorough. The place I go every time I need a rental. I don’t even bother to shop around anymore because I know I’m always happy with their vehicles and their service.

Covid protocols suck but there's no reason businesses can't adapt. 2 person inside rule while others bake in 45c weather just outside is lack of leadership and effort. Another lesson learned.

Really good experience!Called ahead for reservation and they noticed the location I had chosen was closed the following day and I would have had to pay for additional rental fees. They quickly directed me to a location that I could return the rental on the Saturday and that saved me a ton of $$$!

I booked online and the vehicle I booked wasn’t available. I received a phone call from the store saying that they had a Kia Sorento instead. I wanted a minivan. They should have a live inventory. When I called back the day we were leaving, it rang and rang and rang until eventually the call centre picked it up and transferred me back to the store. I confirmed that the Kia was reserved for me as the message left was from the previous day and they stated that they were closed and call back in the morning. I also tried to stop by but there’s nowhere to park especially now due to the construction. It’s really a bad location to access. When I was signing the paperwork for the rental, the manager Andrea came out and there was a girl who does the detailing who came in from outside clearly sweaty and exhausted in the extreme heat outside. The manager looks at her and snaps her fingers and tells her to go run and get more trucks from the mountain. She was very disrespectful of her employee and no one should be treated that way. She spoke to her like she was a dog. It was very rude. The service I received was okay. The guy was friendly enough. We did the walk around to inspect the car and I got in and drove off. The process didn’t take long.

Highly recommended. Only rental spot open on a Sunday on a long weekend. I needed a rental because my sister's car was in the shop and she needed wheels. These folks are professional, polite and on point. Their paperless contract is awesome and makes the process so much easier. Thank you to everyone at this location, you are great people!

I know t is not fair to judge a place, a well-know brand, just by the behavior of one person. However, the behavior of that one person, was the reason that I did not have a good experience with this branch at first. The lady was constantly on the phone, rather than answering to me, and the meantime all the people that came after me got their cars and the lady could not give me a car, simply because there was no other cars. She offered me the minivan, which I did not like at all at first, but enjoyed it when I got it.I will return to them, but appreciate it if they understand the meaning of the line and act based on First Come, First Serve.

****Beware of terrible service from this location and their office**** Booked a reservation online, and received a call the next day to tell me the vehicle is no longer available to me because a corporate account wants all the vans that weekend. I asked about another location and was told they are taking all the vans from the Upper James location as well. I am also booking well in advance. When I asked if I should book elsewhere I was told that yes I should. Called into the booking center and was offered a vehicle further away for almost double the price. After losing my temper and apologizing I spoke to someone who was supposed to be a manager. I was told it would be escalated to upper management and I would receive a call. No phone call after 8 hours. No follow up. Poor service, poor business model. Booked a vehicle with Enterprise Rent-a-Car.

I truly appreciate the excellent service from Discount after my car was deemed unsafe to drive following a rear end collision in July. Your delivery to the Dundas Collision Centre within the specified time and the condition of the rental vehicle were both excellent. I had the rental vehicle for nearly a month due to difficulty getting replacement parts from Toyota and just picked up my car this morning. Needed a truck urgently as ours (like many others just needed to be babied), so I called everyone.Alicia took it upon herself to call everyone of their locations and service centers to get us a truck and she did.More than that, she went above and beyond, knowing that they close at 5, we tried to ensure to bring it back on time, but an accident on the highway ensured we would not arrive till much later. She actually came back after hours to take the truck in, close the contract, verify the truck was in great shape and called us.That is not good service, that is GREAT service!Highly recommend Enterprise and Alicia.

Moving Truck was clean and we'll maintained. No hidden fees, no hassle because we had booked the truck a couple days in advance. Easy to drive and load. Customer service was timely and the staff was pleasant. Insurance available but can use alternative source if you have it. Everything was well explained and easy after- hours drop off. Over all 5/5 experience.
