Robin's Donuts
The donuts were frrsh, moist and very tasty. They were the best donuts we had in many years. Will definitely stop by for more anything we are in the area.

Currently, we have been in the drive thru for 30 minutes. There isn't another soul in the drive thru and inside is also fairly empty. Upon arrival, we were told to wait a minute. 10 minutes later I said hello into the speaker and she finally answered me. The person taking our order had no idea what she was doing and was completely unprofessional. She couldn't find buttons on the cash register". Her words

I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. It took such a weirdly long time to come. I was sitting at that window for at least 10 mins. I felt like I was being punked. HOWEVER. When my bagel finally arrived...it was delicious, I'm a plain girl who loves a plain bagel, and it was perfection.

Been there 3 times now. Each time I had to wait up to 10 mins at the drive thru without anyone acknowledging I was there. There's zero customer service. I waited another 10 mins today not one other person in the store or drive thru but yet no one ever took my order. I went to the drive thru window to get someone's attention and there wasn't a staff to be found. The worst customer service and after 3 times of trying to give them a chance, I won't be returning. Horrible when the staff are too busy out back smoking to work the drive thru. I won't be back

Miserable service. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and never even got a one moment please". Asked how many chocolate chip cookies were available and they asked if that was everything? Asked for a robins special and wasn't asked anything to customize the sandwich

Terrible customer service, extremely long wait times just to have your order taken, not even get your food/drink, and mediocre at best food and drink. You're honestly better just going to the Tim Hortons up the road instead of wasting your time here.
