Extremely disappointed. Old cars that have been given without service plus the intention of stealing my goods forgotten for only 15 minutes in the car.Avoid Budget rent a car!

Friendly service in French and English. The entire process from pick up to drop off was smooth and efficient. The price was reasonable, cars clean, and I recommend this location to anyone flying in to YUL who needs a car!

Rude associates. Wiper blades on car were completely messed up, making it very difficult to see. Unfortunately noticed only once I needed them. Car smelled like smoke. One way rental so they said this was only option. Hands down worst rental experience ever. Usually no problems with this company. Maybe because I picked up in Montreal.

Basically the longest line out of all the rental companies and least number of employees at the desk. Wait time 60 minutes + on a Saturday 10AM. Basically they overbook on the reservations and wait for cars to be returned. Reservation or not it doesn’t matter, expect to be here for over 3 hours to get a vehicle.

Super easy to deal with I go online book the car, sometimes there's quite a few people getting cars at the same time but for me it's mostly nobody there in and out. Can't get any better. Only way anyone is getting 5 stars is if I get something for free. Nothing is for free so nobody gets 5 stars.

Picked car up nearly 2 hours late due to delayed flight and an hour waiting for baggage. Ended up with a Toyota RAV4 which was ok. I was hoping for a sat nav given the group booked, but no chance unless you pay extra. Just as well I purchased a Garmin refurbished unit when planning trip. Saved a few Bob and it covers more than just Canada.Car had quite a dent in the one door which they pointed out. I did video around car to have a record. Took out the additional insurance to cover excess which does give peace of mind.Easy hand back and hold on visa card was almost immediate.No issues on this occasion so happy to recommend.

Showed up to pick up my reservation, took my money with no problems, scanned my drivers license, told me that it “scanned red” and couldn’t rent to me. Funny had no issues anywhere else. When I asked for an explanation they couldn’t give me one and told me to contact the DMV ( right…) and that I should keep my “DMV papers” on me. Guys, that’s called a license.

My rental was stolen 2 days into rental and I called 16 times and was told I would get a call back then had to call again the next day when we had to get to airport 1,5 hrs away and was told to figure it out , and was told Uber might be covered get there and no coverage, car was found no one told me great experience will never rent again from budget and will also share with media outlet thanks budget for ruining our family vacation
