Zero star review. They're SCAMMERS and the workers are rude and lazy. My grandma purchased a 3 seater couch for $1K that never arrived. They said that upon delivery (which was 4 weeks late) they had tried to get the couch up the apartment stairs but could not do it. We did not get a call that they arrived. No notification so I highly doubt they came and lied when we called. The lady on the phone said that one of the workers had a broken hand and that was the reason why they had to return OUR COUCH that we paid for back to the warehouse. If they had told us they were there we wouldve brought the couch up ourselves and let the poor worker with the broken hand not do it. A business should never let a person with a broken hand move a couch. Super unethical and sad. My grandma (67 year old) accommodated FOR THEM and picked out a smaller couch but they only refunded her $30 and charged the delivery AGAIN. The person on the phone did not care and when I asked if they can compensate us for their mistake she flat out said no. They are multiple accounts from people getting scammed and disappointed by this company especially new comers of Canada. Better off going to Ikea for cheaper and proper delivery.

Never ever buy the sofas in this store , they service is so bad , the guy I think is an owner is impolite , shouting and screaming . I wish this store will be closed soon , so people can save their nerves…

Customer service was not adequate. The person said there is 1 year or no warranty so I wouldn't put my money here. The couches they had were not half decent.On top of all the red flags, I wanted to buy a King sized mattress and bed frame set for my new home and the person in charge laughed on my face saying that my house is probably small and I wouldn't need a king size. Why are you being judgemental? Even if I fill up my entire room with a king size mattress or throw it my garden and let my dog jump on it, how is it your problem? And who asked for your judgement?Very rude

Just opened our very beat up brand new sofa set. After reading the reviews, I am realizing I am stuck with this and I am so very upset.These sofas have more holes and rips than I had on my old one that was 9 years old.I actually ended up seeing the worst parts after I originally posted. I am in tears now. The sofa is actually going in the garbage.

No one was there that worked in the furniture section. The guy who eventually showed up knew nothing about prices or when someone who did know would be in the store. I drove from completely opposite side of town to come in for a couch that was advertised online. I had more than enough cash on me to purchase living room furniture and bed frame but no one to sell to me. Very disappointing. But I ended up going to another store and had amazing service and purchased some beautiful furniture that I’m very happy with!!

Don’t trust this store at all, everything about their business practices are suspicious. Every time I have been to the store the older lady has always lied to me about my questions. I’ll never buy from this place, they claim to have the product in stock when you’re ready to purchase, but won’t bring it from the back without a deposit. I know these tacktics, as soon as you put a deposit, than they suddenly can’t find it and will order that takes 4-7 weeks. The 3 stars tells me everything I need know about this business

The older woman and man(owner) discriminate against people In wheelchairs!!I went in with my pregnant girlfriend with the full intention to walk/roll out with a new sectional that day. I'm a paraplegic in a wheelchair and my chair is quite thin, as we entered the business we noticed a sign stating that strollers aren't allowed in. The woman approached us and instantly said she can't move any of the furniture around, we instantly turned around to leave but the man now approached us and told us he can't and won't move anything. They both approached us and were completely disrespectful and ignorant. Don't ever support this place. The inside is also so cluttered as if they purposely put the furniture in places to make isles damn near impossible to walk in never mind roll my wheelchair through. We than left and went down the road to XLNC furniture and bought a beautiful sectional.0/5 stars! DO NOT RECOMMEND stay away from this place
