Not happy with my service here, when I walked in both stylists were on their phones sitting in the chairs, by the time I sat the chair was warmed up, which was nice but strange. I went to get my hair cut from waist length to shoulder length, I explained how much I loved my long hair but was ready for a change to which the stylist responded that it's good that I'm getting it cut because I look, very bad" with the long hair as it's thin. I was not happy with that comment but ignored it thinking she would hopefully let it go. She then went on to talk down to me for not styling my hair... Obviously I wouldn't style my hair for a hair cut. She continued to say how I will look "so much better" with the cut and my long hair was "so bad". From there on we did not have any conversation

My 6 year old daughter had her 1st haircut today with Lisa! She was amazing! She did a perfect job on my daughter’s hair and gave her a special first haircut keepsake with a lock of her hair. Lisa made our experience very special and memorable. Thank you Lisa and the staff of First Choice Haircutters Langley! We highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back!!

I have followed Lisa through transfers to 4 different First Choice locations. She is fantastic and I highly recommend her (currently at Langley location) Although walk ins are welcome, the change to being able to make appointments is a positive move. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the steep increase in prices over the past couple of years.

I got my daughters haircut here and hubby also. I was a little skeptical but loved the results! The men here did a great job and we will be back!

I have been getting hair cuts here for a few years. The last 3 cuts have been teribad. The French manager did the last cut and when I pointed out spots that hair was an inch longer she said that was perfectly fine. One inch longer than hair beside it for a men's short cut.0.o. Give your head a shake lady. I wouldn't let her groom my dog. I will never go back.

They were very patient and accommodating. They listened to what I wanted and provided the result a great haircut. No waiting.
