Bought leather sofa and love seat, genuine leather, Derek was sent to come see issue, reached out and was going to send someone to come fix under their warranty , NEVER did anyone come and Derek stopped all correspondence and we are left in the dark.You might wish to look elsewhere.

I am extremely unhappy with the $4000 sofa and love seat I purchased from one of Urban Leather's distributors. Within 18 months the seam on the sofa had come apart and needed to be repaired. Within the next 18 months, the seam on the love seat had also come apart. In addition, the leather is PEELING! Urban Leather is offering a repair, but the first seam stitching is obvious and I am not interested in another repair on this expensive furniture. Would NOT recommend ANY purchase from Urban Leather.
