Worst customer service- they will never get back to you or give you any priority.Their customer service representatives are online 24x7 on social media eg- WhatsApp but they won’t give you any preference, had to literally beg them to take a look at my brother’s study visa case and they never got back to me. Highly unprofessional !!Don’t bother with these guys you’ll waste your time- go see someone who is professional enough and gets back to you and returns your messages and calls.I wish I had the option for Negative stars.
