If you're in Caledon/King, this is a must-visit yoga studio. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is incredible, and the natural fragrance throughout the studio takes you to a whole different space. Overall, I like the atmosphere and vibe; it's very relaxing and peaceful.

Came here for a class with a friend during grand opening weekend. This studio is really nice. It’s one of the most beautiful yoga studios I have beento. I love the scent of Nag Champa when you walk in. It gives the place the perfect vibe. The hot room temperature is absolutely perfect. Some studios are warm or not hot enough. I wish this place was closer to work or where I live, it would be my “go to” they have some amazing instructors working here.

For those looking for a new place to continue their yoga practice, or for those looking to start their yoga journey....this is the place!!! All the teachers are very professional and really are attentive to the needs of the students. I highly recommend Jen C ( the owner) and Elena's classes. They challenge you and help you grow into the best and healthiest version of yourself. I simply can not endorse this place enough.
