Gear4Overland has been a pleasure to deal with. The purchases experience and after sale support has been great. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating with individual situations re: shipping versus pick up, help with install.I have the Quick Pitch Roof Top Tent, 20 Second Awning and wall kit, as well as the Mini Kitchen. They are all now essentials to my overland Jeep setup. I’ve had over 40 nights in the RTT over the last year in all weather - rain, snow, and sun and the tent has been awesome. The mattress is comfortable and we’ve had some of our best sleeps in the tent. The tent has been on my jeep all year and has not had any leaks at all and looks new still. The 20 Second awning is a game changer when it comes to ease of set up at camp or even for a lunchtime stop in the hot sun or rain! The coverage offers a ton of shade/shelter. Add the wall kit and you’ve got added living space protected from the elements. I also have the newer Mini Kitchen with the two prep areas. The minor changes to this kitchen are pretty epic as now your cutlery drawer pulls out without having to clear the prep area. The small things make life easier! I can say that when I was without my jeep for the end of summer and was camping out of our SUV, I realized how much I enjoyed having the kitchen and being so organized when getting to camp. I missed my setup during those last summer trips. In my kitchen is the Snomaster 56L dual zone fridge, also a brand that Gear4Overland carry. Very energy efficient and made to survive in the African elements! Love it!I’ve also purchased smaller items like Wolfpacks and straps from Abri at Gear4Overland and the it’s always a good experience.The knowledge of the Overland industry that Abri has is second to none. He is continuously looking to see what new trends and products are happening and expanding his assortment!Can’t wait to see what’s next!!!

Just over a year ago, I purchased a Quick-Pitchen En-Suite in the metal box from Gear 4 Overland. The day I went to install it, I dropped it and one of the hinges broke. As this was 1-2 days before I was to leave on a 3 week expedition trip I was quite disappointed with myself. I called Abri and without hesitation, he came to my residence with a new hinge and rivet gun to fix it at no cost. Despite me being the one who broke it. Now that is customer service. Gear 4 Overland has some of the best overland and adventure gear in the market and the service to back it up. They have earned my customer loyalty for that reason. I can't recommend them enough.
