The wifi did not work for us, so if you are planning to work over coffee, might not be the best place. Not a big selection for breakfast, but definitely a cozy, quiet place to start your day with a freshly made coffee and a yummy meal (from egg wraps to sandwiches, yogurt and muffins). The place is clean, the stuff is friendly, the atmosphere is nice. They don’t have a lot of tables inside but we didn’t have to wait either, when we went in around 10:30am.

Pros: Interiors are beautiful, nice place to sit and chat.Cons: Was looking forward to have hot drinks on a cold day, but instead me and my friends received not-warmed enough teas with milk. It was even cold at the bottom of the cup. Wary of coming back to this cafe at least during winter time.

One of the best vanilla lattes I've had and restaurant is located within walking distance from High Park. Sandwiches were decent and reasonably priced. I would recommend checking them out if you are ever in the area.

I’ve only been here once, and didn’t have a great experience. Waited 20+ minutes for a latte with oat milk and an americano, both to go. The staff seemed to have zero urgency. There were three employees working on a Saturday morning: two cashiers taking orders and one barista. The oat latte was meh so I drank it, but my partner’s americano tasted too watered down and the coffee had a strong burnt taste to it.They do have a cute patio though, but I don’t think I’d want to risk coming back here to try anything else. I’d rather walk to Starbucks or another coffee shop in the area, even if it’s out of my way.

The food here is amazing, def worh the wait. Everything is made for you as you order it and has a South West vibe to it. I recommend the chicken club sandwich, chicken wrap or literally anything from their baked goods section. The drinks are also no slouch with all the available ingredients any high end coffee shop should carry.

I heard that this little cafe was really good and since it was close by I thought it’d be nice to try it. I went in with my service dog, was told I needed to come back with medical documentation or a certificate, no worries there, I’ll just come back! I came back with my medical note, since most service dogs do not have certificates legally. I show her my medical letter and she essentially told me “it doesn’t matter, this is a restaurant, you need a certificate.” I got upset and started speaking to another woman who decided it would be better to get defensive towards me and my friend. She came around to us and I explained that we are not trying to sound rude, we’re frustrated and disappointed, this is why. After that entire confrontation I just stared at my service dog and debated whether or not I really wanted to buy something. I was next in line and have severe anxiety, I grabbed the first drink from the open fridge that I could see, paid and left. The cashier, a small blonde young girl, was super sweet and made me feel a bit better when I was paying. I don’t think I’ll come back after this experience. I’ll recommend it to others but not my disabled friends with service dogs as I don’t want them to face the same issues I did.

While the cafe as a whole is quite cute and cozy, the food I feel is a bit overpriced for what it is considering there aren’t really waiters and you have to wait in line to place an order. I paid more than $50 for a salad, a grilled cheese and 2 lattes. The few times I’ve been the debit machine was down and there was no toilet paper in the one bathroom that was available (the other was out of order.) As well, I believe they have cut down some of the portion sizes. Prior to the pandemic I remember getting a side salad with the sandwich I had ordered and that no longer seems to be included with the orders. Lastly, it can take awhile to get your coffee and food orders.

I’m not one to leave low reviews, but I was disappointed with my visit today. The woman at the counter who made my drink wasn’t very friendly and honestly looked like she didn’t want to be there. I ordered a matcha latte, and I don’t mind paying almost $7 for it, but I just expected more. There was no micro foam, barely any matcha, and I don’t know why the whisk wasn’t used… it resulted in a foamless, milky and chunky matcha drink. There’s a lot of potential in this place. Their food, pastries and coffee is very good, and there’s a few younger employees who are so friendly so I’ll be returning, just hope for a better experience next time!

Super confused how there’s this many good reviews. I live next door and came often but each time it got progressively worse. Now we walk an extra 10 minutes away to get coffee just to have better service. Expensive for mid coffee. No wifi so can’t do work here. Extremely unfriendly team. The wait times are wild. Food is nice though.
