Purchased the Eagle200 from them and unit disconnects every so often. Have to unplug and plug unit to get it to work for a few days, then the unit will disconnect again. Very frustrating. There is essentially no support, their support team doesn't really investigate anything, they replied me with 'data is being uploaded currently, so there is no problem'. Of course the data is being uploaded now after I had reset the unit. It's really not hard to actually investigate and look a few days back and see historical data. Software is also underdeveloped. They advertise that there is a mobile app for it, but the app doesn't work with the newer units! I have to log into the Cloud" website (web browser) to view energy usage

I bought a RaveN dongle from them a few years ago. This product was apparently discontinued. The support part of the website only has a couple of FAQs about the product, without the software or manuals. I was able to contact support by email and they did promptly provide a link.
