Actually we had Herbys pump out our septic tank. The technician courteous polite and very efficient. I was impressed with how quickly he finished the job.I can say the same for the office staff. I would not hesitate to use the company for some of the other services I see they offer on your website5 star service

I had an operator by the name of Douglas pump out septic. Amazing service. Very polite, friendly and profesional, pays attention to details, was very careful backing into our driveway, did a good job cleaning the tank, and made sure not to leave any spells behind. For all that I thank you Douglas. I sure will ask for you by name next time we need any work done by Herby.Not to forget the office staff and how profesional, friendly and helful was the lady over the phone.To all you guys at HERBY Ent Have yourselves a very nice weekend.

If you're interested in a one pump service sure ...Haven't had this toilet cleaned for months. Called to inform them over 3 times. It's been over a week that I've personally been on this job site and when I arrived the toilet had cobwebs...So how long does this company accept neglect of work? Someone should be over looking daily reports because this is NOT ACCEPTABLE
