They provide misinformation every time I call in, they provide bad customer service; no matter what the situation is. They are quick and blunt and are not friendly or compassionate at all. We were forced out of the place we were living within a month by our horrid landlord... Union Gas was incredible and waved our fees for that place and only made us pay for the next place, however, Entegrus wouldn’t even look into it - just a straight up no and they didn’t even offer a “sorry” or any empathy. I have worked for customer service - in both in person and over the phone for years and I would never pass a quality coaching session if I was like their customer service representatives. Very disappointed.

Our power went out in only a few rooms and we quickly discovered there was no power being directed into the home. We called at 1:00 and the receptionist took our information and said someone would call. We had a call within a few minutes and he said he would be over no later than 45 minutes. He showed up by 1:30 and the problem was mixed shortly after. They were great to deal with, did not question our concern, handled it quickly and professionally. Thank you.

A horrible customer service to deal with but unfortunately have no choice. doesn't explain the process and how the bill works and we have to find it the hard way

This company is beyond greedy and what's worse is we have no alternative option for our electricity. Customer support can't help you with anything you are constantly referring to the online portal ( which is flawed many ways including rate estimates).. even the go green plans " are a joke you can have the work done and pay for it only to be told " we used all the funding for that program already sorry " I honestly can't think of a company that harvests more money from its customers and they do it all knowing the customers are left without a choice. My hydro bill more expensive than my mortgage... Never ever thought I'd see the day."

Horrible company. Got my house and within a few days they turned off my water because the seller didn't notify them of the new seller. When I've sold my previous homes I had to always give new owners name for the utilities. Now I have to pay to turn it on because the guy who turned it off couldn't see the 2 cars in my driveway and knock on my door. Clearly house was occupied. Useless people.

I have nothing but amazing things to say, and absolutely love the customer service.Many people probably dont realize how hard their job is or they dont enjoy disconnecting people,they were more then willing to work with me

I wish i could give this company a negative star rating. A horrible company with no care for its customers. I have been their client since many years and just last month had NSF due to a bank change, they were really rude and unsympathetic and didn't want to even hear about waving off the fee. Wish had another option than digest these idiots in Canada.
