I was super excited knowing a genuine Boba place was opening in the mall and went in to get a drink as soon as I realized it had opened. Immediately ran into the issue of not finding the prices for anything anywhere, so I played it safe and got a small Brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls,, and was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that it was 7.35$ for the small.The staff were uncoordinated, but friendly.Its unlikely ill buy the drink I did again as it wasn't the most pleasant, but I'm willing to try something else the next time I decide to stop in.

My son and I tried some boba today! He has been dying to try it and we finally had the opportunity to do so. The gentleman behind the counter was so kind and took great care of us. We will for sure be back to try more!

My partner and I ordered taro tea and brown sugar milk tea both with tapioca. Our usual favourites when buying boba. NEVER have we had to throw out our orders after one sip. The tea was extremely watered down, barely any flavour until the perfume-like aftertaste set in. It was like I had taken a sip of Pinesol, and to make matters even more disappointing the tapioca was CRUNCHY. I will not be purchasing from here again.

One of the best places to get fresh juices, smoothies, and mountain tea as well. I ordered Chocolate banana smoothie, and Sugarcane juice. Both drinks were fresh and tasty. First time ever I have found amazing juices and smoothies in Canada. Second time I bought oreo cheese cake, and I was really delicious. If you like sweet then you must try Cheese cakes.Staff was very friendly and fast to get drinks for you in about 3 to 4 minutes. Customer service is amazing. I would like to suggest everyone to visit freshly squeezed , I swear you will never get disappointed either by taste or Customer service.

So i ordered a medium pomegranate fresh juice, i asked the employee is it fresh, he says yes its fresh juice then i saw him pouring it from a big jar and he gave it to me. I did question him that this is not fresh and he goes you didn’t ask me if i was making it here. It comes from franchise in a jar and we serve it. I took one sip of the juice it had such a bad taste as if it was expired. The employee then ignored and avoided me. i had to throw it because it was not something to be able to drink. Such a bad experience.

Staff members are slow to work when busy, wait times often exceeding 10 or so minutes depending on how many people are ahead of you. None of the employees wear gloves or hairnets (or beard nets.) Big puffy coats and no uniforms on employees means it’s hard to tell who’s working or who’s just standing there behind the counter socializing. The product is good but the service is not.

I ordered two drinks, a Taro Milk Tea and an Avocado Bubble Tea with tapioca. After waiting 15 minutes two drinks to me made and $15 later, they drinks were very disappointing. The tea in the Taro Milk Tea was way too strong and the tapioca was hard and gross. They forgot the tapioca in the Avocado drink. Drinks were not worth the price in my opinion.I found the customer service to be lacking. I’ll be sticking with Oishi Sushi for my bubble tea thanks.

Got the mountain tea with strawberry popping boba and it was delicious! Sweet but with still a distinct tea taste. I also got drinks for my sisters (the taro with coconut boba and chocolate banana smoothie) and they both had positive assessments as well. Will definitely be returning frequently.The only thing I will mention is the straws that were at the front counter were far too small to suck up the boba pearls and they had difficulty sucking up the strawberry balls. Not sure if that is because they were out of bigger straws or not but it wasn't a huge issue for me.
