Service was unbelievably slow for how not busy it was. Took 30 min to get my food, so much for fast food. Not coming back

Just had double mozza burger meal...worker mentioned he has grilled onions on his so I tried that on mine...it makes a big difference in flavor. Fries were great as usual drink was nice and cold for awhile. Over all it was excellent and staff was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Came in mainly to change my daughter. Toilet didn't flush and change table didn't close and the safety straps were too tight and not adjustable. Food and service were OK.

This A&W was in Perth-Andover and it was the first time in many years that we were ordering burgers. We were very impressed with the great taste of the beef, seriously, the freshness of the buns and the fries were excellent. The quality reminded me of teen years (1967-1972) when A&W was the best place to go.

Not sure why I come back. Avoid if you're in a hurry, I get faster service at the nearby Subway. I like A&W food so it's a shame this one dissapoints over and over again. Food is usually better, today I couldn't tell the bacon from the burned cheese that drips out of a grilled cheese on to the frying pan for 5 minutes too long.Edit....that is burned cheese after all.

I visited there almost at 5 pm. The customer service was so bad. there was a lady i am not sure about name but i think her name was candas she was so rude. She was such a racist.

Both cooks went for a smoke at the same time. Waited 30 min for food only 4 people here waiting for orders.
