Great big thank you to GG and Maria from Olson Floors. We purchased Hunter Douglas blinds approximately a year and a half ago. They broke twice over that year and a half… When GG heard of this, she went to battle for us! GG and Maria were relentless with Hunter Douglas, until they replaced the entire blind, headers and valance.We have done business with Olson Floors over the years and they have always made sure we were satisfied with the end results. We will continue to support this local family operated business, as they continue to ensure customer satisfaction.

If you are looking for a company that stands by their workmanship I highly recommend steering clear of Olson Floors as you will only be faced poor quality and the runaround. I recently moved into a newly constructed townhome which Olson supplied and installed all hardwood and carpeting. The entire strata has faced numerious issues including but not limited too the subfloor not being property nailed down and secured prior to installation (squeaky/spongey floor for all), shortcut warranty repairs (including nailing down in the centre of the laminate piece instead of removing and applying a leveling compound). The list goes on, at present I have been without nosing at the top of my stairs, as they damanged it and promised to replace it two months ago, however they are no longer going to do so. Our statra is at a standstill with them and despite voiding the product warrenty by employing a new contractor we have been left with no other choice. This is a clear instance of buyer beware, they may save you a few bucks in the short term however this is only to your advantage if you have no issues, which in our experience is unlikely.

We used Olson Floors just over 5 years ago for the first time to do an addition to our house and it went amazing. Then, 2.5 years ago we went back to do the rest of our upper house and it was a completely different experience. I'm not leaving a review for the purpose of emotional venting, I simply wish I had been forewarned that their customer service has gone down hill before going back again to only get burned. Maria was initially great to deal with but then the lack of communication from her set in, and we had to harass her to get any information on what was happening. We ended up getting our deposit back and went to End of The Roll and am so glad we did. We have now done the upstairs and just finished the downstairs with End of the Roll and so happy. We actually saved a little bit of money switching to End of the Roll in the end as well.I way prefer supporting a smaller family business than the big name brands, but at the end of the day you already have enough stress in renovations, the last thing you need is for a business to make it worse instead of better.

I couldn't be happier with the install service and quality of product. The floors are beyond my expectations, these guys know flooring and made me one happy customer!

This is a great place to get your flooring. The Olsen's did 2 rooms and the staircase in my home. Great service and installation.

She has a background in interior design and really tries to understand what her customers want, and works with them to achieve their vision. She goes out of her way to find and bring in new samples and will look into any questions or concerns you may have.The flooring and tile installers are also very conscientious with their work, paying attention to the small details.A small error was made on our job, but Olson Floors readily acknowledged it, and worked with us to to come up with a satisfactory solution. We really appreciated their integrity.If you are in the market for new flooring and would like a personable experience, we highly recommend Olson Floors!
