From the first inquiry that was answered on a Saturday to the final delivery, install and set-up Northern Hot Tubs delivered exceptional service. Steve & Steve were awesome and as first time tub owners explained the care and maintenance to us in a simple and understandable way that made us feel comfortable with our new tub. We have enjoyed our Georgian model almost everyday for 2 weeks now, trouble free and knowing support is only a phone call away is awesome., highly recommend this company, outstanding value and service! Thanks Northern for helping us get into the hot tub lifestyle with out worry or high cost!!

We had a fantastic experience with Northern Hot Tubs. Angella was very helpful with the purchasing of the Williston model and coordinating of installation of the tub. There was a slight mix up in scheduling which was rectified immediately and we were sent flowers and homemade honey as a thank you. Steve, Steve and Chuck installed the tub and put us through hot tub school" to learn the ins and outs of maintenance and using the WIFI enabled features. 10/10 would recommend a Northern Hot Tub to anyone in the Collingwood area!"

We are very happy with the Georgian hot tub purchased from Northern Leisure Products.We were pleased with the fact that this was an all inclusive package which included start-up chemicals, cover, cover lifter, steps, set up and a tutorial on operation and maintenance.We appreciated Len's non-pressure sales approach.We deducted a star for the fact that the tub dropped off the side of the truck ramp durning unloading and well water rather than water from the bay had to be used as the installers did not have a backup for their clogged filter.We do highly recommend this product as it looks great, the cover fits perfectly, the tub seems to be well built and runs efficiently.

All purchase processes should be this seamless. Northern Hot Tubs was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone we interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, experienced, and friendly. Shout out to Len for walking us through our options and Tanya for answering all our questions; and Steve and his crew get an A++ for punctuality and speedy installation. Everything was explained to us before they left.The entire process from purchase to set up was incredibly simple and smooth.I would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.

It was an absolute pleasure working with this company to purchase our first hot tub - the Georgian. Right from the start, Len took us through the options and answered all our questions. Tanya was lovely and informative as to the payment and delivery processes. Thanks to Steve and his crew for the install - all so friendly and punctual, and set up time was much faster than we expected. They were thorough in explaining the ongoing maintenance and features. We were able to enjoy our first soak that very evening and we’ve made excellent use of it since! We highly recommend this company for its professionalism, service and price point.

I have been employed with Northern Hot Tubs for A little over a week. The staff has been wonderful and welcomed me apart of their team, They are Friendly, Knowledgeable and Helpful. Music is often playing, singing, dancing, laughing along with the music and each other makes for the days to be enjoyable. I look forward to a future with a amazing family oriented company.

Love our new Hot Tub, was a great experience from purchase to install. We feel the price was fair and competitive,but more important customer service was great! The team made sure we were fully informed and knew what we were doing before leaving at the end of the install. Would highly recommend!!
