I had excellent service from Wirelesswave, Welland, Seaway Mall. Tanner went beyond and above to help us get IPhones. He transferred our data from our Android seamlessly and got us an excellent data plan plus in-store credit that meets our needs. This is my third time dealing with this outlet and each time has been a great experience. Highly recommended.

Lisa is fantastic! She replaced my screen protector and restored my phone back to its former glory. She is always wonderful to deal with, Will always recommend and return to her! Tanner is also really cool and has a mustache.

Just wow. If you want to be treated as ROYALTY, this is the establishment (Wirelesswave) located as Seaway mall I highly recommend. LISA is extraordinary. Amazing customer service, she basically spent the whole afternoon to deal with the phone company to cancel my contract with them and move us to our current courier. She went the extra mile to get us better deal to save us on bunch of stuff. Robert and Lisa are your army if you ever happen to be at war with a phone company. I have to stop here now because I have to start driving but I will be writing a long one. LISA AND ROBERT YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Went to Wireless Wave to get a new phone. I was helped by Lisa, Tanner and Robert. They were all incredibly helpful and knowledgable and got me an amazing deal on all my services! Amazing service with a smile! I highly recommend coming here! Also, Tanner's mustache is GOD tier and would probably make Tom Selleck jealous!

I've been dealing with Wireless Wave Seaway Mall since 2018...it's my GO TO place for all of my cellphone needs....I won't go anywhere else and neither should you!...Tanner was especially helpful, courteous and knowledgeable as well as professional...if you want good customer service..Tanner is your man and I won't mention the fact that he has an awesome looking Moustache !
