Canterbury Dental Clinic

The staff here are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly and my experiences here have left me feeling JOYFUL when I walk out! I have had unpleasant experiences at dentists before, but not here, I recommend this office to all my friends and family. The hygienists and Dentists are always so informative when I have any questions! They dont talk down to me and address all my concerns. I feel like I'm having a chat with a friend. Thank you Canterbury for being such a warm and welcoming clinic, I'm glad I found you :)

Modern facility that gives the impression the clinic is up to date in all facets of their business the second you walk in the door. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and gives a thorough explanation of each step of the dental process from appointment booking, to cleaning, check-ups and billing.I almost want to not brush my teeth ever again so I can see them more often, but that would be irresponsible.

I have been going here for over 10 years and they are amazing as always! Anyone else I personally know that goes here agrees, they genuinely care about their clients and are extremely accommodating and helpful. The entire staff is great and I highly recommend to anyone seeking a new dentist!

I not recommend this dentist. I went for a filling and the dentist drilled to deep and hit the root and made me bleed. He did not tell me this and when I went back in pain a week later he then mentioned he hit the root. He said I needed a root canal to fix it. When I came back for the root canal I saw a different dentist who asked me if I wanted the root canal. How am I suppose to know If I need a root canal or not? Isn’t that their job. I said to proceed with it as I wanted the pain gone. Well, the root canal lasted for about a year before it became infected and I had to get it redone.. this time I went to a different dentist who knew what they were doing. What was suppose to be a routine filling turned into two root canals, an infection, and $3,600.

I was very nervous going to a New Dentist after having the same one for 40 years. Dr Tibbo and staff were AMAZING. Made me feel very relaxedI had a tooth removed and did not feel a thing. Highly recommend, very reasonable prices too. Thank you Dr. Tibbo for making the experience comfortable.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! I am anxious about every dental procedure and they are completely understanding and set my mind at ease. Amazing staff from the moment you walk in the door.

As I don't have insurance, often the dentist gets put off longer than it should. With a cavity, I called Canterbury and found they are reasonably priced and have amazing reviews. I got an appointment within a week (although I was offered one the next day which is amazing), felt absolutely comfortable and got x-rays done, estimates for cleaning which is booked for next month.I thought I'd need to have the tooth hauled but the dentist was able to avoid it. I'm rather glad because even though it was a back tooth, I like my smile in tact.If you need a dentist, don't hesitate to call here. The office is beautiful, the staff is friendly and comforting, and if you don't have insurance, it's one of the best priced spots with great service I've found.

Ok.... so... I'm very nervous about dentist but John has made me feel so much better. Not because of his work(I can always count on that) but because of how real he is with me. He asks the hard questions like if I can't fix this what are your ideal next steps" I have pretty bad teeth and they always make me confident knowing I can trust them and give me a real time line of what I will need done. Can't recommend them enough!!!!! I don't need a BS dentist that will tell me untrue things! I need a real dentist that will tell me the truth! This is what they do there."

There should be laws in place the protect the patients from rouge places like this, They want to nickel and dime you for every little thing!! Reception is super rude and said we are the only one in town! Guess what I will go to a proper dentist! Worst service from reception ever!

I have been a patient @ this clinic since it opened in 2009. I have received most of my dental work through Dr. Tibbo - who is lovely with perfect bed-side manner. I had my tonsils removed, multiple cleanings - all great. Love their office space. Parking can be tricky sometimes as it always is in uptown.
