After reaching out unsuccessfully to several local cleaning companies on the Sunshine Coast, the Progress Group responded promptly and kindly to my urgent need for a crew to deal with an unusual and difficult situation: cleaning an apartment in a state of quite extreme squalor.Krista Hartt, manager, inspected the apartment with me, and within a few hours submitted a detailed quote. Although the price was higher than I had anticipated, it included extra necessary expenses such as personal protective gear required due to fecal and other contaminants, as well as for a truck/driver necessary to haul and dispose of garbage.A few days after I accepted the quote, the Progress Group team was on site. They were all pleasant and courteous; worked quickly but thoroughly; asked for clarification/direction as needed and finished the job well under the original estimated time frame.I am so grateful to Krista and her team for taking care of an extremely unpleasant job, and for doing so quickly, pleasantly and professionally.It was an added bonus when I discovered that all the cars in the Progress Group fleet are 100% electric! Now that's real progress!!I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone requiring a quality cleaning crew.

Tristen and her team are so professional and great at what they do. As a food establishment it's so important for our business to be clean. We have used Progress Group for work inside and outside of our home. The team helped resolved a mystery plumbing issue that other companies had not been able to fix. Having experienced a major flood in the house, Progress Group came to our rescue and reconstructed our home. Spending six months working on the project, they carried out the work with dedication, professionalism and attention to detail, while seamlessly liaising with the various sub- trades and their own staff. With innovative ideas and creative solutions to supply chain issues amidst the pandemic, they always kept us abreast of their progress and any changes. Very pleased with their work, their job site cleanliness, their humour and their courtesy. In future projects, Progress Group will be at the top of my list.

We did a major reno of our kitchen including removing a wall and integrating the whole upper living space into one coherent area. The project manager and team from Progress helped every step of the way, from making sure the scope of what we wanted was realistic and fit in our budget to creating design elements to suit our ideas of what we wanted the finished product to look like. They were incredibly professional, responded quickly to things that needed to change or that we thought of during the process and were always super clear about how different changes would affect costs and timing. The work occurred during the height of COVID restrictions so we went through the supply chain delays and price swings together - Progress did everything in their power to keep things on track and always had a great sense of humour about the things we could not control. Best of all, the team became best buddies with our very territorial dog who normally does not like anyone in our house; the dog would wait anxiously to greet the first guy to the house every day. We're thrilled with our new space and enjoyed working with Progress very much.

We hired Progress Group to build us a new lower deck and repair our upper deck. From start to finish, their people were first rate. They were polite, hardworking, punctual, and kept us informed when they would be at the house. The work was completed on time and exceeded our expectations.
