Excellent service from Audiofi! I don't live locally but have communicated a few times with Philip and he has given me good advice and opinions on what I am enquiring about. I was glad to finally order some speakers here. Also follow up service was fantastic. I never felt pressured talking with them, as well as I felt valued as a customer (or potential one) which I don't always with a few other places when starting to buy. I would shop with confidence with Audiofi.

I was interested in trying out a few different speakers and Scot made the process very easy and enjoyable. Philip was able to recommend some things to look for in matching speakers to my particular amp which ended up being spot on. Happy with my purchase and will return in the future.

I bought my Cambridge CX61 amp here to pair with my Golden Ear speakers. I came in for a completely different amp, but after a year with the Cambridge I couldn't be happier. They nailed it. The sound is perfect, and it was the knowledge and patience of the team here that helped me make the right choice. Too few stores like this still exist - thank you guys.

These two gentleman have been very helpful and accommodating to us over the past couple of years.Thank you Philip for your original assessment of our older cartridge/stylus, which brought us to the wonderful upgrade(s) we currently enjoy... and also to Scot for speaker demos, delivery and setup of same... to Vancouver Island, no less!Go in and enjoy an individualized demonstration of the fine audio equipment available at Audiofi within the relaxed atmosphere of their showroom (appointment recommended).

Philip did an excellent job installing my new cartridge on my Turntable. Very knowledgeable and excellent service (he even set up my phono pre amp to work with the new cartridge). Very impressed and happy with how he set up my turntable and his vast knowledge of audio gear. Philip and Scot helped me with a recent power cord/interconnect and speaker cable upgrade. I have known Scot for many years and was happy to find out he is now at Audiofi. Scot has always provided me with above and beyond service, I'm very happy with my purchases and the excellent service from both Scot and Philip. Highly recommend these guys! My new favourite audio store in Vancouver. Very cool store and great location.

I've purchased a couple items from AudioFi. The first was a Cambridge CXA81 amplifier about a year ago. In addition, I recently picked up some Monitor Audio Silver 50 7G bookshelf loudspeakers. Philip took the time to discuss my needs and demo many options to ensure the best fit. In the case of the loudspeakers it took a couple of tries to get things right but Philip was patient and listened to my needs and the result was the perfect choice for my apartment size and sound requirements. In addition, Philip makes his own custom speaker cabinets so he really knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

Look no further for your HiFi needs. Philip and Scot are very knowledgeable and respectful to deal with. I had a relative small budget for an amp and some speakers and they took the time to listen to my needs and made an excellent recommendation. I felt they treated me the same as someone buying a high end set-up. Fantastic customer service and a very welcoming environment. Thank you Philip and Scot, I look forward to further upgrading my setup down the road.

If you're at all interested in music and its reproduction, you owe it to yourself to check out Audiofi. Scot provided phenomenal advice and service, helping me figure out what equipment suited my needs and modest budget. Free of pressure, these folks know how to read their customers and tailor their the approach accordingly. No snake oil, just passion for audio equipment. I give Audiofi and Scot my highest recommendation for those seeking out a higher level of listening experience.

I'm glad I found this store. Philip and Scot are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I could have the same experience in any other store. If you need anything hi-fi, this is the place to go in Vancouver. I bought a pair of ELAC DBR62 and they gave me great advice on how to enjoy them the best way possible.
