Pleasant conversational staff, great FAST haircut, just as I wanted. Each location may be owned by a different person, and customer loyalty cards are business owner specific, not chain brand wide. The online booking and wait times works very well.

Dropped in this afternoon and got a great haircut -wish I had gotten the ladies name. Hard to find a good hairdresser but I did today! Will pop by and find out what her name is another day.

Inexpensive and quick. Very pleased with the haircut I received. Nowhere near as busy as some other places in town. I'll always go here.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever had, I took my mom as well to get her hair done. From the beginning they looked annoyed, my mom explained her haircut and it needed styling as well, which we were okay with. The girl helping me had no energy and seemed upset. She was done in less than 15 minutes, it was a quick snip snap and bye, I didn't notice anything as she left the hair wet. Finally when they finished with my mom her hair looked terribly done, cuts were uneven, her hair looked messy and they didn't even styled it. When I went to look in the mirror I was so upset as I asked something really simple and still looked so uneven and just worse as I had cut it myself, so sad and disappointing this experience was.

Took our toddler to get a haircut today and we had a great experience. Well, he was screaming bloody murder but it's a toddler so we didn't really expect anything else.The Asian lady (sorry, we don't know your name) cut his hair in less than 10 minutes.She was quick, polite and professional.Not sure they will like it but we will be back.

Good people and service but the pricing for a 5 minute buzz cut is the same as a full haircut. Not realistic or fair for a 62 year-old with just a bit of hair left to buzz that takes about 1/4 the time of a regular haircut.

I recently stopped in to sharpen Keya's and Alexis's shears. Customers can rest assured that they will not get any split ends from the stylist's shears. Those shears are sharp and ready for hair styling that will get you ready for back to school, or any of those fall weddings or even just a hair cut for the every day outing.

I got a basic senior man's haircut. I was happy with the price. The haircut was ok, but I would have liked to be offered to see the back of my hair with a mirror after the haircut was done. So I asked, and she provided me the view. I also would have liked to have my eye brows trimmed and ear hair trimmed, but neither were offered. Many barbers do offer to do this.Follow-up to the above review:I was happy that I received follow-up to my review from Great Clips who offered to satisfy my expectations for a good haircut. I did go back. Alexis, the Manager, cut my hair, trimmed my eye brows and ear hair. She did a great job of cutting and shaping my hair at the back. I now recommend their store, and will go back when needed.

I can't recommend this place. I've had two bad haircuts both done by the same stylist. One was for me, where I asked for a tiny trim on my bangs and ended up with straight-across baby bangs that took months to grow out. The second was for my daughter. We were given the same stylist, and I had a feeling I should walk out, but I thought I'd give her a second chance. I asked her to just trim the ends of my daughter's long hair and keep the same long layers. Simple request. I attended to my son while I left my daughter in the chair. We got home and the sides of her head had been razored or feathered or something -- the little hairs stick straight out from the sides of her head like she has wings and we now have to clip them back and use hairspray. When I was waiting for her cut to be done I noticed another walk-in client came in and specifically asked to wait for the next stylist (not the one working on my daughter). I should have known better. Won't be coming back here just to save the few dollars.
