I've ordered many surveys with them for work. They've always been done in a timely fashion, are responsive if there any issues and have given good customer service when I have called them.

I can't say enough about how much Chris and his crew helped me. I needed a mortgage survey on short notice. The crew was professional, competant and produced an excellent report. Chris also helped me with questions afterwards. Excellent value for the price charged.

Front desk told me they are too busy to do Land Surveying and hung up before i could even finish talking. Very friendly.

Although their website suggests they are very responsive, this is not the case. We made contact with a surveyor in the office and sent information with survey request and called several times over the course of a month with no return call ... ever. (Note: this was an old survey they had done previously, so just needed an update.) Upon asking the person answering the phone for a suggestion as we did not understand the lack of responsiveness, we received a return call with suggested alternate local surveyors to contact! Would have been more understandable if we had received this information a month prior. Disappointing and frustrating for sure.
