Fantastic Service provided by Zoey-Zoey went beyond the expectations to provide the service. I got my hairstyle and natural makeup done from her and she did exactly what I ever wanted. I have struggled looking for someone who understands my style but Zoey did the style and makeup beyond my expectations and within my affordability. Thanks Zoey. I am definitely coming back.

I went to Youssef for the first time 2 weeks ago, as I recently relocated to downtown and wanted to find a salon close to me. I almost cancelled after reading some of the reviews. I’m SO glad I kept my appointment! Youssef did my hair, listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. There was no pressure to buy product ( although I did return and purchase some the following week) and the price was very reasonable. There was only one other stylist working and the colour she did in her client looked beautiful! I wish I would have caught her name, I would have given her a shout out here too. ( Young blonde woman who works at both locations) I will absolutely be returning to see Youssef as my new hairdresser, and can’t help but wonder about the source of some of the poor reviews.

The place is clean and organized, easy to find a parking. Was there on time and Youssef gave me a great haircut. I told him what I like and in no time was done properly. Professional. I'll be back, thank you!

Zoey was absolutely amazing and friendly, I let her take the reigns of fixing my growing out silver locks from platinum blonde and sent me happily feeling like a million bucks. Sweet friendly with great ideas and won't just tell you what you want to hear but what suits you. My new fave stylist. Thank you

My niece has had a horrible experience with this salon. When she spoke to the salon they states that her photo would be removed from their facebook page cause she was unhappy with how her hair turned out If you state your going to remove a post professionally you should.

Love the place! Brooklyn really knows what she's doing! one of the few places where they actually show concern for the health of your hair before treating or bleaching it. 10/10 would recommend

their hair dresser zoe did my hair in such a chaotic manner that i’m actually scared to ever go back to a hair dresser, she rescheduled me 5 times for my first time and then left me under the dryer for 50 minutes. she was also doing her sisters hair at the same time and then at one point left to go to a shoe store, then for my follow up which was supposedly the next day she rescheduled 5 times again so i went to someone else, she still owes me money and is avoiding me, what a headache, great salon tho lovely atmosphere

Excellent service. Perfect hairdresser, listens to you and knows exactly what you want for your hair to look like. I had bad experiences with other hair salons who wouldn’t understand what I wanted but this is the BEST in Windsor!
