horrible service, when packages get stuck in customs it's always 3-5 days for them to clear it. have a delivery right now stuck in customs and can't get anyone to respond. they have all the paperwork, just won't process it. Not even sure if our regular contact works there anymore. emails seem to be going through but her phone local doesn't work. Seems we have a new account manager every three months but they never inform us when they quit so never know who is in charge of our account.

I recently shipped my daily driver ( which is my pride and joy ) from Ottawa Ontario to Vancouver BC with Livingston and everything went very smoothly from drop off to pick up . The car arrived just as I had dropped it off and the pricing was fair and actually less than I was quoted at 2 other companies . Domenic Santini was my point of contact for the whole process and he did an awesome Job . Would definatley recommend 10/10 !- Toren Belair

BEWARE! livingston bought out a company we used to deal with which is the only way they gained my business in the first place. they did not allocate my payment correctly and then send the unpaid invoices to collection. and still have no answer to where our payment went. Criminals....

I have to agree with these other poor reviews. This company does not communicate well internally or externally. We've used Livingston multiple times. Some of the imports have gone well, but the one that hasn't has overshadowed unfortunately. We were working on two imports with them simultaneously and the first was cleared for import, but a few days later when the second one was ready to be cleared, they just weren't able to clear it, but they would never communicate what was holding things back. After spending days contacting them repeatedly we finally discovered that because the invoice for the first shipment hadn't been paid, they couldn't import the second shipment. BUT they'd never even sent us an invoice! Or communicated with us regarding that at all! So our second shipment was delayed multiple days causing us to be charged undue demurrage fees of over $2000!I'm still waiting to hear back from Livingston regarding waiving some of the fees and it's been 2 months already of not receiving an answer.I'd recommend trying Pacific Custom Brokers instead.

I wish I can put a negative star. Our company works with numerous customs companies to move construction machinery into Canada. For the past 36 hours, I have called their PARS department EVERY 15 minutes. I have emailed their supervisors to respond by email or call, and have yet to receive a response. I even called their main office in Ontario to only be given the same run around. We have a driver with a CAT 775G rock truck that cannot cross because their PARS has not been accepted or reviewed. All they have is repetitive responses from their agents for all our frustrations. Our driver truck and trailer combination is 115' long, 15'3'' wide and 15'3'' tall and a total of 200,000 lbs. There is no parking at the border that can accommodate him. So he is forced to block the roads at the border. Which will only slow everyone trying to cross into Canada. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH LIVINGSTON INTERNATIONAL!!! I searched a few of their offices and they all have similar reviews. From both companies and civilians needing their help.

This is by far the worst company possible to ship your cars. I booked them to ship my car from Vancouver to toronto. After two weeks of not loading up the car I decided to cancel the shipping with them and I called to confirm the cancellation and they confirmed it and told me to let them know the time the new shipping company will pick up the car. I went ahead with another company and paid them. I called Livingston the next day to let them know the time my new company will pick up the car and they told me that the car is already loaded and sent to Toronto after confirming me the cancellation and telling me the car is still with them waiting for the new company to pick it up. I am beyond frustrated because my new shipping company has already sent the driver to pick up the car from Toronto and on top of that I’ve been waiting for the car for two weeks now , paying for it paying insurance. They just don’t care at all about customers. I will be suing them for what they did and I hope nobody else has to go through this. I don’t know how these guys are still in business.

Avoid Livingston International at all costs - SO disappointed. We had to move our car from Montreal to Vancouver and it took close to 5 weeks rather than the time frame of 10-12 days that we were promised. Many follow ups with them only for them to have little information on the status of our car - took them about 2 weeks just to even onboard our car on the train.When the car was finally delivered, the driver was in a huge rush to have us sign a form and be on his way. Upon parking the running car, we stopped it and turned it back on only to notice that the battery was dead...called Livingston - they said it wasn't their fault and that they were not liable. We proceeded to ask for them to come back to at least give us a boost but the customer agent remained firm on them not being liable and then hung up on my partner. We managed to get a boost, let the car run, only to be told by CAA that the battery was actually drained and dead. We also noticed the cap on the battery was left uncovered so clearly someone boosted the car for it to get to us in Vancouver. Mind you our car is only 3 years old so the battery was in a good state prior to. So here we are with a $300 bill for a new battery. Thanks for the awful service, Livingston!

This company does not communicate well internally or keep track of payments and invoices. You will need to hire a logistics team to manage their logistics team. We spent over 15 hours in the past 2 weeks trying to locate packages and make payments. STAY AWAY
