Ordered .... results were all wrong, but they didn't understand English, so we gave them Slack, and they gave us a pass. It all worked out in the end.

I’m a huge Tim Horton customer but this particular store was awful. We stopped in on Sunday August 18 around 7-8 for a tea and break from travel. There were at least 4 or 5 staff working but only one was serving the LINE UP of customers. This boy was also filling and preparing new coffee pots as well as getting the orders from the customers in line. The other workers were emptying the baking trays and general “clean up”. Which would have been fine if there weren’t quite a long line of people to serve. They could’ve stopped for a few minutes to help the guy on cash. Also the bathroom soap dispenser was just sitting on the counter without the holder or dispenser. The floor behind the counter (by the food prep area) was covered with garbage food that obviously fell as they prepared. But it seemed to be an awful lot of mess. Definitely not a quality Tim Hortons. A Disappointment for Tim Horton’s chain. But thankfully it’s not the local one that I frequent.

Tim's is Tim's cookie cutter not much difference from one to another. That being said you know what to expect the only difference being portions. Someone should make sure that is cookie cutter also.Believe me size matters. Just because you competition went small donuts does not mean you should follow suit. Do the oposite go the other way take back your market share. Spend a little get a lot. Cut your prices well everyone else is going crazy. Be the fore runner people will be squeezed only so much then profits will fall. It's all about convience you can still make coffee and bake goods or buy at a fraction of a price.

Not very clean, but about average for a Tim Hortons. Went there only one time, cashier looked like she wanted to end her life, would point stuff instead of speaking.

Drive through order taken staff doesn't understand much English. Spent extra time with ordering and paying. Making the morning rush hours line even longer. Food is good.

Refused to speak english - dont come they will refuse to serve you!!!Im traveling through to nova scotia and they spoke english at the drive through when i ordered coffee but when i went inside to order and eat with my baby that was hungry and only 2 years old - they refused me because they didnt want to speak english.How awful it is to be prejudice in these modern times. Just awful. To turn away a hungry child?? Very dissappointed!!!

Asking for toilet paper the waitress looked as if she didn't knew what toilet paper is... Lucky is, we brought our own toilet paper. Will never return to this Tim Hortons and hope other tourist won't neither.

I didn't order my coffee (a friend did, who spoke French well enough), but the coffee was the best I've had from any Tim Horton's since a particular Truck Stop years ago. I forgot to drink it until the next day (gross, I am aware) but when I did drink it, despite being day old, was better than most Tim Horton's coffee I've had. It tasted good, was not cloudy and there were ZERO coffee grounds in the cup. Bravo!

Coffee was good and received it fast, but my breakfast wraps took a bit and were not good. Egg was under cooked and all the bacon was at one end, with too much sauce. Only one person was handling the food for both drive through and walk ins, so service was slow.
