I got my home inspected done from Distinct Home inspections – by Marco, and my review (not related to Marco) is detailed below:(a) Punctuality: Before time.(b) Detailed: In-depth detailed home inspection.(c) Interaction: Explained step by step and showing the pictures on the spot.(d) Time spent: No time restriction to complete, and he was very patient and ensured I understood what needed to be done.(e) Tested the insulation and explained the quality of the basement construction. Great stuff to understand.(f) Report: Detailed report delivered with a table of content on time with all the pictures. The report shows whether the subject (example – roof) is acceptable, marginal, etc. Clear code explanation and remediation to the challenges listed. Wonderful stuff.(g) All the home appliances are listed and have an option available to us if the appliances company has a recall. I would be informed via a third party since I engaged Distinct Home Inspections for my home inspection. Added advantage and great stuff to have.(h) Conclusion: I would recommend Distinct Home inspection – Marco to all the homeowners to ensure the safety of the family and other critical things in the home. Nowadays, we all buy houses without pre-inspection, but please get the inspection done.

The only thing more impressive than Marco's knowledge is his determination to serve his customers and how much he cares. I was pleasantly surprised at some of the things he pointed out and how knowledgeable he was, as well as the advice he gave. He was very giving of his time and wanted to ensure he covered off anything that could be of concern, and answered every question we had. Marco was fantastic! We received a home inspection for a new home we purchased. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and answer any of our questions.
