Awesome place to get cigars.Im not a pro and I came in having to pick out 4 different cigars for my buddies. The taller dude did a great job helping me out with what to pick.

I just walked out after I was about to buy a 250$ item because the worker in there is the worst employee I have ever met in my life. Complete weirdo that showed nothing but disrespect from the moment I walked in. The guy with the long black hair has to be fired, he mixed and matched things before they were sold so they had unoriginal parts and walked away from me while serving me to go to the other side 6 TIMES, and when I finally got the item to the desk that was 250$ I asked for some sort compensation for the 20min I waited and the piece that was missing from the item. When I then got mad and said you won’t let me talk to an owner or compensate me, he made a disrespectful remark and said i’ll give you a dollar off for 249. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND THIS EMPLOYEE IS THE WORST IVE EVER SEEN.

My new friends Jay, Santiago, and Pablo helped me pick out a few new things. Very knowledgeable and friendly, and offered a lot of info and expertise! Really appreciate the warm welcome as I am new to the area and looking forward to coming back. -V

The worst vape store in Canada.They used the stamp cards to attract poor customers now they don’t accept it or give you the stamps and give a fishy dishonest points which nobody knows how it works and 3 times so far I gave them my number and they said the points are available but not even 1 point was on my name, do not shop here. They vape they buy from China is 5$ and with import and custom fees is 15$ they sell it now for 30$ plus the HST it’s ridiculous amount ppl quit vaping it’s more expensive than cigarettes tbh.

Have been a customer for 3+ years.. Did some shopping around for some new glass, decided to give this place a try again.. had bad experience'(s) with the very disrespectful owner Jay Surya.Come around this time... Walked right in to the same owner without a mask on casually browsing his laptop right by the front door... Nice touch.Shopped around a while for a piece, found something of decent quality *(a nice 9mm piece) The younger gentleman working there was a great help at getting it all sorted out. Speaking of which, The young people who work there are excellent in many ways.While the Young man was sorting out my purchase a customer asked for a product which was obviously not something sold there. Lets call it a niche item for legal reasons"Owner had told him they did not carry such an item

Hidden gem for anything smoke related. Can't beehive I used to drive to both York for supplies. They've been around here for over a decade and carry some quality stuff.Anything you need, including dab kits, rolling, or little things like smell proof bags, save yourself the trouble and come here.

This place has the best in-store customer service. They provide you with every option to figure out what product suits you best. That, paired with being very nice and always in a positive mood, makes the shopping experience almost feel luxurious.Thank you for the great effort.

Absolutely trash customer service and faulty products. Would give a 0 star if i could. Disrespectful staff and nothing you buy from there works. Avoid this place at all costs

The young people working here are awesome! Very chill and cool guys always try to start a short conversation with me while I browse. Some of the products are broken (happened to buy 2 broken items once), nonetheless would recommend as they compensated for the broken items
