My fence is so beautiful. I am so happy with the work that was done by Cedar Springs decks and fences. They were very professional. They contacted me right away. They did the work when they said they would do the work. My fence is fantastic. I am so pleased with Cedar Springs Decks and Fences. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Professional, reliable, and very competitively priced. We just had Cedar Springs replace a fence for our large yard. Their workmanship is absolutely meticulous and they were reliable, quick, and very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to put in a fence. The new fence has completely changed the look of our house and increased the property value.

Sal installed my fence a year and half ago, his workmanship was great at the time. HOWEVER, we had an issue with one of our gates over the first winter. I contacted Sal through email sending pictures to have the fence repaired. He immediately got back to me informing me it was a warranty issue and that parts were on there way. Over the last 6months, I have left numerous voicemails, emails, I even suggested that I would pick up the parts myself and repair the gate. Sal arranged twice to come to my house to repair the gate once and NO SHOWED, the second time was simply to just drop of the parts off on my front porch so I could repair his warranty work myself as I didn't want to wait any longer. Sadly, spring is back and my gate is still not fixed. I would think twice about going with this company as there customer service after the fact is TERRIBLE.

A total joke..do not use this business to build anything for you!

I have the same problem with the gate, he never showed up for agreed appointments to fix the gate, and then didn't return my calls, the 3 times I managed to get hold of him is when I call him from a different phone number as he doesn't answer or return my voicemail when I call him from my cell, even one time I called from a different number and didn't leave a message but in few minutes he called back responding to missed call not realizing it was me, during that call he promised to come and appointment was set and I waited for him, he didn't show up,I had to file a complaint at BBB, very disappointing, terrible company.
