I had a great experience at Ouro!The staff are very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Jocelyn, who assisted me this time, was absolutely amazing. She had such a great energy and explained everything in a clear and concise manner.I've decided that all my future piercings will definitely be done here, even though it's not conveniently located near me. I also really appreciated their exceptional commitment to cleanliness and sterilization, which made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the whole process. Thanks Ouro, you guys are awesome!

I had a great experience start to finish, from booking the appointment online, to walking in and being welcomed by the front staff and meeting my piercer Jocelyn. She was very thorough, showed me my options for jewelry, explained the immediate process as well as the long term such as healing and what to expect throughout. Very pleased all around and especially with the aesthetic of the piercing, it is literally positioned perfectly which was my biggest concern. If you book with Jocelyn know you are in good hands as she has very calming and confident energy as well as lots of experience, everything you would want in a piercer. Also the studio itself is really cute and instagrammy and they have a great selection of jewelry but can also do custom orders.

I was visiting Vancouver for a quick weekend vacation, and had discovered that Ouro is the only stockist in Canada for Pupil Hall jewellery. They go by appointment only and I had stopped by just to ask if it was possible to order and ship out a specific piece by Pupil Hall back to my city in Toronto, but to my surprise they had the exact piece I was looking for! Although they were waiting on their next scheduled appointment, I’m so grateful that Tina took me in to quickly cash me out. This experience was a highlight of my whole trip, and I would absolutely go back if I ever visit Vancouver again!Thank you Tina!

Thor replaced my nose piercing! He took great care at finding the perfect measurement and showed me the process + hygienic measures.Highly recommended! I absolutely love it.This place has a great work ethic! Just be mindful to make an appointment, there’s no walk-ins.

I had a wonderful experience today at Ouro. It is a beautiful and super clean studio and they have a great selection of jewelry. Tina spent time with me helping me pick the perfect pieces for a daith and tragus piercing. She and Fernanda were so helpful and sweet.Thor is an incredible piercer and really help me feel relaxed and he talked me through every step. I will be going back to him for all my future piercings! 10/10 recommend this amazing studio in Vancouver!

I got my piercings done today, by Jocelyn and she did such a good job, all of the staff is so nice and they made me feel super comfortable, It is such a personal and fun experience….100% recommend getting piercings from them and trust me you won’t go anywhere else once you come here. It was the best experience for me!

had such a wonderful experience getting my noise pierced at Ouro! Fernanda did a great job of helping me select the perfect earring and Jocelyn made the piercing procedure a breeze! Very sanitary and the space itself has a calm aura. I did not feel rushed throughout the experience and they took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. They even offered to do a piercing for my sister who came with me but did not have an appointment!

Didn't go in for a piercing (this time) but joined a friend for moral support and WOW!Super professional, clean and welcoming. The space is beautiful and makes you feel safe. Since it is solely a piercing place they really know what they are doing and can focus on giving you the best experience possible. The piercer we had today was Jocelyn and they were wonderful, explaining every step of the process and making sure everyone was comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be returning for all my body mods :)

10/10 experience overall.The space itself is very clean and welcoming.Jocelyn pierced my nipples and I was a little nervous for a more intense piercing. They were very thorough and sooo patient. Really took their time to explain the process and make me feel comfortable, I knew right away I was in great hands. Definitely well trained with years of experience, I couldn’t have had someone better for my piercings. ✨

The most professional and hygienic place to bring your child for their first piercing! They made sure my child was comfortable and understood what was happening. They also have a great selection of fine jewelry. So dainty and cute, perfect for little ears.
