Lada D Photography

We were lucky enough to have Lada as our photographer in August 2022. I was nervous about having my photos taken but as soon as we began i didnt think twice about it he made me feel so at ease! We have the most beautiful photos as memories for our special day, really couldn't ask for anything better. Not only is he a brilliant photographer, he has great customer service, communication and just a lovely guy.

I honestly can't say enough about Lada!! From the initial contact with him until the day our photos were ready, we had nothing but a great experience. He knows the best places to capture the beauty of the mountains, all the while allowing whoever he is photographing to be the main focus of each shot. He made our wedding so very special and through his love of photography, allows me to relive that day over and over. Thank you Lada!!

Lada photographed our recent August wedding in Jasper and he was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I are both quite awkward behind the camera lens, but Lada took every step throughout the day to ensure that we felt completely comfortable and relaxed. We first met Lada for our engagement photos he helped us to feel comfortable and directed us with poses and the photos came back amazing, he was able to capture the little things with breathtaking mountain views in the background and knows of many great scenery locations! And then he took the photos at our wedding, It had rained during our photos and he was a trooper! Helping us navigate photos while him also getting rained on! The photos are incredible and I’m so grateful for him capturing our day. Most of all Lada is a lovely person, it’s easy to spend the money when you know you are giving it to such a good soul. Lada was such a gift to our simple elopement in Jasper! My partner and I had to postpone our wedding in Ontario several times and decided (fairly) last minute to elope in the mountains. We wanted to keep things simple and yet ensure we captured the special moment to share with family and friends after.We were referred to Lada through our commissioner and couldn't have been happier! Lada was adaptable, very responsive, very fair priced, impressively flexible (considering our last minute plans) and extremely professional - we are in love with the photos that he captured!Bonus factor is that Lada is a genuinely nice and fun person to be around - he is someone who feels like an immediate friend; kind, humorous, down to earth, and clearly passionate about photography and living in Jasper.We couldn't recommend Lada more - we feel lucky to have found him, and would absolutely book him again in the future to capture more moments for the memory bank.

We knew when we seen Lada's portfolio he was the only photographer we wanted. On the day he was friendly and very easy to work with. He wasn't afraid to get dirty to capture the perfect shots. Lada captured beautiful candid moments and stunning portraits with phenomenal backgrounds. For the amount of time and effort he puts into his work, he doesn't charge enough. It's clear he takes so much pride in his craft. Our biggest problem now is picking which photos to print to canvas. Thank you so much for everything you did, we can't thank you enough!
