I was there on Sunday and the three girls working were so friendly and helpful. The manager was decked out in Christmas gear and the two girls wearing fun Christmas sweaters singing Christmas songs. Made my last minute shopping a fun time.

Horrible customer service, the associates two girls yapping loudly about their boyfriends, never acknowledged my presence as I walked in and I was alone in the store. Every answer they gave sounded like I am they are trying to make fun of me talking in a condescending manner. Useless associates. Quality of clothes is no good, prices are a rip off and return policy is unfair. Trial rooms are so dirty there’s nothing to sit no chair no bench . Older customers have hard time trying new clothes as have to stand and change. Will never buy from this store again.I wd give no star to this store. Not worth a visit

Love the clothe there. And the prices are exceptional for the quality. From all the places in Milton, that's my first stop for buying not only for me but also for great gifts ...

Refused to do a return of an item I had purchased for my wife (at a different suzy location) claiming it was a final sale because of the discounted price. I find that hard to believe given I was issued a gift receipt. They have lost my future custom over an $18 item.

I have shopped for three years in this store in the Milton Mall, I have always found the staff friendly and definitely helpful The managers have trained their staff well, and I never found that while training their staff they have not tried to do their very best to attend to customers. While training they cannot always be right there for every customer and for those that think they should be, I do not believe you could do any better. They have to train staff and show the person they are training how to talk to a customer, even if means they have to show someone that just came in, and not someone that already is in there, that is what they are trying to get across to the newbie. I have shopped many years at different Suzy Shier’s, and I always found they try to do their very best. I definitely gave these young women five stars in the store in the Milton Mall for their care and thoughtfulness. They deserve it.Irene WinkworthMilton

Worst costumer service, first and most importantly the lady was very rude and she forgot to take the sensor out of my dress, when I went there I Purchased one more dress and found out later night its missing hook from behind. Now I have to go again to ☹️, never going back there again such a pathetic experience.

I love this store. Only thing stopping me to give 5 star is lack of mirrors throughout the store and also there are no mirrors inside the fitting rooms. It's a hassle to open the door of fitting room everytime you try something on to look at yourself cuz the mirror is outside the door. Hopefully the authorities will take this into consideration.

I was given pants with security sensor thing attached amd as soon i got chance to return and went there it was 8 pm when i reached there but the store was closed and asked girls those were coming out they said we close at 8 i was there last week they closed at 9 and now she is saying we close at 8 even if u do so please change time online so people who come all the way there won’t get disappointment

I had such a bad experience at the Milton Mall Suzy Shier (July 21, 2021 at 4:40pm). To preface, I am a young woman in my mid 20’s. I walked into the store and was the only customer there, aside from whom I believe is the manager (woman, curly hair) and another employee beside her. Because the music was off I could hear everything they were saying. She was training her on fitting room protocols, how to recommend other items based on what the customer says in the fitting room etc. Not once was I acknowledge. I continued looking around for another 5-10 minutes, the whole time being within a 10 feet proximity to them- they couldn’t miss me. Another customer then came in (a woman in her 40’s). It was actually quite comedic how the vibe in the store changed the moment the older woman walked in. Very promptly the manager walks up to the lady proving her customer service “Hi how are you, what can I help you find”, and then continues on telling her all the promotions of the day. When she finished I said, “Wow good to know. I guess you didn’t want to waste your training on me. Couldn’t give me a hello? Couldn’t tell me the promotions or acknowledge me? Thanks”. All she had to say was “Sorrrry” and walked away. I hung the clothing I had on a rack and walked right out. Suzy Shier, if you think that’s ANY way to treat a younger demographic of customers that’s ridiculous. I came in ready to spend my money for a new job wardrobe. Dissapointing, as I actually enjoy their business clothes. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
