Installation and sales service is good but unfortunately, after-sale service is 0 rated.I hardwood floor with installation service was purchased not even a year ago. The hardwood flooring coming off. has a flooring and service warranty. After multiple emails and calls still waiting for a response from the installation manager.

I went into the store this morning looking for some information about replacing the carpet in my basement. When I explained this to the sales person they just stared at me blankly. I then gave the square footage of the space I was looking to have done and was told, that information isn't very helpful to me

Good service and grate people

They keep their installers at extemely low wages so THEY save save save. Savings will not be passed to you. It will go to sales commisions. Just dont expect the cream of the crop. Its always better to lock valubles up along with medications . They do have a very good selection of flooring.

We recently decided to redo the flooring in 3 of our bedrooms from an outdated chocolate brown carpet to... well, I couldn’t decide on either hardwood or vinyl. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Kevin took time with me to walk me through many options and make a sound decision, and then worked quickly to locate the product and save it so we wouldn’t lose it!We had our product installed by contractors from Bayfield Flooring and Jose and crew were amazing! They worked quickly, but paid attention to detail; and when some installation surprises came up and decisions needed to be made, Kevin came out immediately to the house to give me appropriate options and work out a solution that moved quickly and barely interrupted the installation. Even when other difficulties came up with the install, Kevin went over and above to make sure the job was done professionally and on time! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend Bayfield Carpet & Flooring to you! A+ for product and service!
