Their photos look remarkable but the service is below average, and their bubble teas are sugary, full of foam and much too expensive! I tried this place due to their social media and then had to ask the girls to add the cookies and toppings like in the photo on their social media in my gingerbread bubble tea! Then the cookies were stale! If you want excellent bubble tea and the original local in Drummomdville to serve bubble tea then you must visit Nakama thé on rue Brock in Downtown Drummondville! Frank n Tea is just another knock off bubble tea place lacking ambiance, price for quality and innovation! I do not recommend!

First timer at this franchise. Best drink ever!! Loved the choices! I am English, but the staff were great explaining how everything worked. I usually get tapioca, but with the option for brownie sugar I chose fruit bubbles that complimented: chocolate, cherry, raspberry, and yoghurt. So creamy and delicious, even with soy. The marrons were a reasonable $1.50. I had never heard of my fruity flavour before.
