It was my first time to visit what I thought was a little floral shop. We’ll let me tell you, it’s a beautiful store that you think you’re done and then there’s another room. I’m looking forward to my next visit!!

I'm not one to write reviews but the last purchae was very disappointing.Dozen red roses, one of the flowers heads fell off when I unpacked them. White residue and rot. Many were already browning and wilting. My husband bought them for me and said they were the nicest looking dozen there. Never should have been sold in this state. Day 3 they needed to be thrown out. Beyond disappointing for a $60 bouquet.

McKnight's is always my first choice for gifts for so many people! They are more than just flowers, so many gifts and useful products!

Truly not sure why the management continues to defend their staff when it appears (through reading the reviews after my own experience) that I am not the only one who has been treated unbelievably poorly by the staff here. The store itself is lovely and there is such a wide range of inventory to suit a variety of needs. However, the attitude given by staff was so appalling it feels wrong not to let people know that this place should be avoided. I asked the staff for directions/assistance twice and each time was given a very short reply followed by a dramatic sigh, as if I was annoying them by trying to give them business & support local. I was only the only one in the store so maybe everyone already knows that this place sucks? Regardless, no matter how pleasant I was the girl was not having it. I have since sought to buy some of their stock items from other retailers because I don't believe this establishment should continue to be supported for continuously treating paying customers like trash and dismissing any negative feedback. Sure, COVID is stressful for us all but the last thing anyone needs is the negativity the staff continuously display. We've all managed to stay decent people in the midst of all the chaos. Gross. Disappointed, will not be back & anyone who will listen to me will surely avoid this place as well. Absolutely awful.

I have always had a pleasant experience here. The employees are essentially flower and gift experts, and always so so friendly. The store always has plenty of new products to browse (like likely but) and they really go out of their way to make you feel important.

It was a great first experience! The staff were helpful and knowledgeable..there is also a lot to choose from as far as gifts to add to your flowers. I looked all over for cactus soil and they had it after looking everywhere! PPE was used by all staff and sanitizer was provided. I will definitely visit again.

Really fun store with a fantastic selection of infused vinegars and olive oils. Lots to explore, ie marinades, candles, hair and body, clothes and a very nice garden/plant section. The staff were very helpful and kind, overall a really nice experience.

I have never ordered flowers for someone out of town before and McKnights were so helpful and made it so easy!!! I ended up giving them the wrong phone number for delivery and they called me and said that I missed the window for delivery so it would have to wait until tomorrow. They called me back and said the flowers would be delivered today that the address was on thier way home. They went above and beyond for me and I was ok with them going out the next day. I recommend this florist 100 %. Definitely 5 star service

Been ordering flowers for my mom for a few years for this place and honestly this will probably be the last. Not only did they call the morning of the delivery to arrange for it (last minute for an order I placed over a week ago), they did not contact her until the end of the day to tell her they had a funeral to deliver to and she would not be getting the delivery. While I understand that the delivery to the funeral is important, they should've had the common courtesy to call her and let know not last minute. Am very disappointed and upset that my mom was not able to receive the flowers I paid over 120 dollars for.Edit: When she went to go pick up the flowers I ordered from the shop, instead of them giving us back my delivery money they added some extra flowers" I've added the picture below but this is definitely not a $120 bouquet of flowers. I could've gotten two from costco ($40 each) and it would've looked a lot nicer. Save your money and time and order elsewhere"
