Pinnacle Collision Centre
Hit my car in pothole. These guys charged me 10k$ and took 3 months to fix it. Now, my power steering, horn, airbags are not working now. Also weird noises when i turn left. They are also not ready to fix my car, telling me they will call back but never got a call back. I’ve been to their shop 3 times already and they tell me to come back on different days.Never could have expected this from a Mercedes repair shop.Messed up my dream car.Wound never recommend

The reception and management provided amazing customer service and I felt very supported throughout my experience. As a woman having to navigate the car industry it is very important for me to not feel talked down to or taken advantage of and I feel like the staff here are always there to do their best and do it right!

Had some issues with my car and was recommended here! I had a wonderful experience, i felt very listened to and all my concerns were resolved. My technician was very skilled and polite! The manager Sonny was also a great help!

Very poor customer service they provide.Tried to get hold of them around 4 times and everytime they changed the appointment as they are Short staffed.These People are very impatient as well they dont know how to treat customers.I worked for customer service for a small company and know better than them and these people are representing Mercedes which is shameful.Other collision centres are way better in way of providing services.

Overall a great experience, definitely better than you would get elsewhere. Went here for a small MPI claim on my Mercedes. The ladies at the front were always pleasant to deal with and even arranged a rental for me (part of my coverage). Parts and paint took a while to arrive, but that seems to be how things are now and no fault of Pinnacle. Workmanship was good and as an unexpected bonus they even washed the exterior and interior of my vehicle.

Not having a Mercedes vehicle, they still made sure that I felt like I had one and treated my Infiniti with the utmost care. Sonny was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle, was able to diagnose root cause issues for what I took the vehicle there for in very little time. I would argue he was actually faster and much more efficient than me scrolling through Google search results trying to figure out the noise it was making. Quick fix, recommendations for proactive care and that check engine light hasn't come back since. Thaaaank you!
